Tom has been our go-to carpet guy for over a decade! With pets and little kids, he has been able to get stains out of our carpet that I never thought possible! Pet stains, pet smells, and even red stains from antibiotics I spilled. Did I mention the time our dog chewed on a purple inkwell pen that proceeded to explode ink all over her paws and then she ran all over our beige carpet and upholstery?

You guessed it - GONE! In addition to being on-time, quick, and having high-quality work, our carpets always looked refreshed and so much better after his visit -- some of which is 20+ year-old builder's grade carpet. His sense of humor is the icing on the cake!

Our carpets look great! Tom is a hard worker and very conscientious, leaving you with a wonderful presentation. I am very appreciative that Tom was able to fit our tight timeline.

OMGosh! Tom Cooley, owner of C&H Carpet and Furniture Cleaning was my HERO yesterday! I spilled RED NAIL POLISH on a beige carpet in my room and Tom was able to work his magic and get it ALL out! You can't even tell anything was ever spilled! C&H is always my go to whenever I need my carpets taken care of! Highly recommend this company! Tom is AWESOME!

While I was out of town, my dog was ill and I came home to poop on my carpet even after the dog sitter had been there. Tom is very thorough in his cleaning. He moved the furniture as necessary, and put it all back carefully. He asked me what I thought the stains on the carpet were so he could treat them based on what they were rather than just treating all the stains the same. I trust Tom to clean my carpets and highly recommend C&H Carpet Cleaning.

I have hired Tom to clean my carpets and upholstery many times over the years in two residences. A couple of years ago, I strayed, and used Coit. It was a horrible experience and I learned my lesson! Now that Tom is also providing tile cleaning, I have no reason to go anywhere else, ever! His work is excellent. There's no need to go anywhere else. Take my word for it! He's the best.

C and H Carpet gets the job done. We have had Tom do spot cleaning as well as servicing many carpets throughout the house. He always amazes and pleases with the results. Bonus: He's personable as well as professional.

Tom was polite, punctual, professional and did a very good job. I would highly recommend him. Our project was pretty awful and he was as helpful and patient as one could be. Tom came again in June for more work and as usual was great. Wanted to write 2nd review but this only allows an edit. We appreciate his hard work, prices and professionalism. Will use again!

Tom Cooley is professional, friendly and accommodating. He is also very thorough! After doing a beautiful job on all three floors of our home, he made a follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied.
