First our A-Team Technician will examine your carpet with a thorough visual inspection making specific notes on high traffic or worn areas that will require special attention. The technician will visually search for spots and heavily soiled locations taking the time to determine which Actually Clean product will be most effective at removing the soil and debris. Actually Clean's A-Team Technician then skillfully injects water at temperatures over 230 degrees Fahrenheit while agitating the carpet fibers.
Actually Clean can clean your Wool, Persian, Oriental, Natural or Synthetic fiber Area Carpeting and Rugs with a cleaning solution that has a neutral Ph of 7 and is non-toxic, hypoallergenic. We can arrange to pick up your rugs and take them to our facility for meticulous servicing. Using our non-toxic, hypoallergenic cleaning and protection agents Actually Clean will get your area carpeting and rug "Actually Clean"!
Tile and Grout pose a unique cleaning challenge. Even though tile appears to be a smooth surface it is actually composed of hundreds and thousands of little microscopic pores. These tiny indentations can be hiding place for dirt and worse; bacteria. Grout is particularly porous and due to it's softer texture dirt and bacteria can get caught in those surfaces very easily.

We have use several carpet cleaning businesses in the Fort Collins area. Actually clean was recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say in all the years that we've been getting our carpets cleaned, this is the cleanest they've actually ever been. My husband and I keep commenting how nice the carpets look and they do. with two dogs in as they get a lot of traffic in the carpets look almost brand new again I am simply blown away.

We've been using Actually Clean for some time now and their name says it all- our carpets and upholstery are ACTUALLY CLEAN! They are prompt, professional and detail oriented. They go the extra mile for stains without us having to ask! We have near white, 14 year old, wool carpet and it never ceases to amaze me that each time they clean it looks brand-spanking new! 2 thumbs up with a strong recommendation. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

I have used this carpet cleaner for the last five years or so. I am the director of a preschool and Dirk cleans our carpets every year. You can imagine how they might need to be cleaned! Actually Clean does a great job at a reasonable price. In addition I have had the carpets in my home cleaned by Dirk and his team and I couldn't be more pleased with the results

It has been a number of months since I had Dirk with Actually Clean, clean my carpets in my Fort Collins home. So, I talked to him again. I had forgotten what a great and knowledgable guy he is. His first time cleaning the carpets was outstanding and I know I don't need to look anywhere else anytime I want my carpets cleaned from now on. I highly recommend Dirk and Actually clean. So upset! Used this cleaning service to clean my living room and the room STINKS! It smells like wet dog mixed with mildew. Worst smell ever. Called Actually Clean back, they said they would come back at 2pm to fix it and use a new carpet solution but flaked out on the appointment. Real professional.

I will join the previous reviewers in singing these guys' praises. They cleaned some very yucky carpet, a stained sofa cushion and cream-colored upholstered seats of badly stained dining room chairs. I had recently had a very negative experience with a well-known national chain who essentially ruined my mother's antique sofa due to too much water pressure and too much water.
I told Dirk this and he assured me it would all be fine and he was right. It all came out beautifully and I will call him back the next time we need this service. Price is fair and quality is top-notch. So refreshing in this day and age to get such good service. Actually Clean actually cares!
