This was our first experience with Ultra Clean Carpets, and we were very impressed from our first phone conversation with Mike's wife to schedule to the finished project. Mike did a thorough and professional job cleaning our aged Berber carpet and an upholstered rocker/recliner. He was on time and explained what he would do, how he would do it, and what the cost would be upfront. The carpets dried fast and looked very nice. Mike was knowledgeable and professional. We had him clean the carpets at our cabin. We didn't know the bedroom carpets were plush until he was done :.
