I cannot say enough good things about the work that Carpet Pro did on our carpet. We had a cat urine stain from several months ago that became worse when I unsuccessfully attempted to clean it up. Carpet Pro originally treated in June and it was great for 6 months until a lingering odor came back. Without any question or delay, they came right back out and spent over an hour cleaning the small area again, free of charge.
We were even notified of what our next step may need to be if the odor comes back. They were professional, quick, clean, and helped reduce our anxiety regarding a seemingly helpless situation. Thanks again!
