A complete inspection of your carpet is performed prior to carpet cleaning, so we can identify the source of soil, spots, and stains. All carpet areas being cleaned are pre-treated with a cleaner or optional cleaner sanitizer and special spotting agents as required. Pet stains and or odor, dyes, and air filtration soil lines (typically found around baseboards and under doors) may require additional optional treatment and cost. Your carpets are rinsed and extracted with a HOT ph balancing Eco child and pet friendly neutralizer/rinse that removes soil and residue.

Your carpet will be inspected using a special UV light to determine the location of contamination. We use the most effective urine stain and odor removal chemicals available. Kills all odor-causing molecules on contact. There is nothing as strong or effective on the market to kill odors and remove unsightly yellow pet stains.
Upholstery cleaning helps preserve your investment. Relying on an expert will ensure that the upholstery in your home receives the care and maintenance it deserves. We use a sprayless hand tool to insure thorough extraction and quick dry times, usually in an hour or less. We provide cleaning to water safe fabric only.

First, I want to say I'm leaving this review on my own accord. I was not asked by the company to review them, which is becoming a common practice that, in my opinion, skews reviews a little. Second, this is the second time I've used Agape. They are phenomenal! I have absolutely no complaints. This time Rock cleaned all of our upholstery after having been in storage for a few months.
My husband and I are very particular about cleaning and he far exceeded our expectations! I was so impressed with how meticulously he cleaned every surface. Part of our sectional had mold from a mishap with our storage unit and he was able to clean it. Our furniture looks brand new, and we now have peace of mind using it after experiencing minor mold issues with our storage unit.
He even cleaned a few mud spots off our carpets from the movers and helped us as we were deciding how to hang a frame. It is rare to find professionals like this. Agape is truly a gem! I would recommend them to anyone without any reservations.

By far the best customer service experience I have had with professional carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Agape carpet cleaning to everyone. Agape Carpet Cleaning came to my mother's home in Spring Hill to clean her carpets that had not been cleaned in a very long time and were quite in need of cleaning. The gentleman that did the work was so very nice and cordial and was very anxious to please us in every way. They did an excellent job! Her carpets looked brand new when the job was finished.

From beginning to end, Jim was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I contacted them through their website and recieved a prompt on line estimate with fair pricing. Following a friendly email we set up a convenient appointment and there was absolutely no discussion at time of service to up charge.
