I hired Tidy TN to perform a move-in clean on a home my family just purchased. The cleaning crew of two people initially performed a cleaning on Friday. After the crew left, I noticed that the inside of drawers and cabinets had not been cleaned, the inside of the oven and microwave had not been cleaned, and toilets were not adequately cleaned. After the cleaning crew left, one of the crew members texted me stating she was sorry about the quality of the clean, and stated, "I'm so sorry my partner was out not feeling well so I brought my daughters boyfriend." I reached out to the company Friday afternoon, as I was very frustrated with the quality of the service performed and I felt like I did not at all get the service the website promised given a full cleaning crew employed by this company did not show up.

A representative from the company told me that a crew would come out the following morning between 8-10am to address the areas of the home that were not cleaned. I voiced my concern that the crew that came to my house that day was not a full cleaning crew that is used to performing this type of service, and was told that it would be the same crew assigned to my house the following morning.

I was also told on the phone that I would have the opportunity to do a "walk through" with the crew after they had finished to ensure all areas had been cleaned. My credit card was charged Friday night. On Saturday morning, I waited for the crew at the house and by 11:30, they had still now shown up and I had to leave. My husband and I both tried to call and email the company numerous times and never received an answer or return call, despite their website stating they were open/operating and leaving a voicemail.

The cleaning crew did arrive to the house sometime after 1pm and were let in by the painting team that was there. I am unaware as to how long they spent there, but were gone by the time we arrived back at the house by 4pm. Given that they were several hours late, I was obviously unable to do a walk through with them. When we arrived back at the house, I noticed that some of the interior of the kitchen drawers and cabinets still had not been cleaned, and the ceiling fans that the painters removed the following day were still filthy.

I finally received an email back from the company on Monday morning stating that I would not be receiving a refund, as their website clearly states no refunds will be given. Also, instead of apologizing and offering a way to resolve the dispute, Andrea stated, "Your cleaners worked very hard on your home and deserve to be paid for their time." I would highly recommend against hiring this company, as the customer service and professionalism is very poor, and quality of clean is not at all as described on the website. See photos.

I contacted Tidy TN over a year ago when I was not happy with the Cleaning Company I was using. They matched what I was paying so I decided to give them a try. I have to say that they did a good job and I'm not complaining about that, but their lack of communication and professionality is beyond unacceptable. It happened 3 times that the cleaning ladies didn't show up and they didn't even bother to call or inform me.

Last time happened last Friday. I sent them 2 emails, texts, tried to contact them via phone.nothing! I was not able to get ahold of anyone! After 5 days I got an email from the Manager (well, if she can be defined a Manager) saying that she was sorry but they couldn't continue to clean my apartment. Wow.what a great way to keep your customers and give a good service! So, spare your time and your money and look elsewhere if you need a good and reliable Cleaning Company!

We just moved to Tennessee and was referred to TidyTn from a friend. They did a wonderful job cleaning the new house and getting it ready for our move in. Everything was spotless and we appreciate the very detailed clean. Services: Moving clean, Deep clean

We booked a deep clean ahead of a family event at our home. The cleaners were very nice and on time although job performance was terrible. Window sills, toilet, bathroom floor, baseboards and kitchen counters were not cleaned. Photos were taken and shared with Tidy TN management as proof within 5 hours of the cleaning being complete. Management discounted me to a standard clean but this wasn't even close to a standard cleaning.

I would not recommend this service. If management would have worked with me on a more appropriate refund, I would have looked beyond this. Performance and customer service is very much lacking.

Excellent experience for first time use of this company. They met and exceeded expectations for the deep clean service. Staff was very professional and accommodating for the time spent in our house. All of the points discussed for the deep clean service were performed above our expectations. They really get in the deep corners and find grime and dust you did not even know was there. Would definitely use again for this service.

The team we had were absolutely wonderful! We are extremely happy with their thorough job and our nice clean home after a construction mishap. : They were punctual, thorough, and very friendly. We will be happy to use or recommend your services in the future. I also really appreciate how simple your website is to use, especially the instant quote feature. It made booking very easy.

We hired Tidy TN to do a move out clean. We were moving to GA and told them the house would be vacant and we would be returning two days after the clean. When we arrived we found the kitchen cabinets and counters not touched at all part of the refrigerator on the counter. The downstairs walls were not cleaned. Upstairs bathrooms looked to not be cleaned either with toothpaste left on the counter.

When called to advise if the cleaning we were told sorry you are beyond the 24 hour re-clean policy. There is no mention of this on their website which will probably be updated after I make this post. I even offered to pay for some to finish the Job and they said they had no one available. I would not recommend Tidy TN unless you don't care for quality and don't need a clean house. Not sure how the house can change since it was vacant and you were told this. And if the crew worked hard then the house would have been cleaned.

It was meh. My first complaint nobody locked up even though we had asked them to. We came home to a wide open house. Also nobody enabled the alarm and when we got home we noticed the main security camera had been tilted toward the floor. The cleaning was average. I had to rewipe the bathroom cabinets (exterior), some kitchen cabinets and they absolutely DID not do anything with wiping smudges off baseboards which is something I specifically asked about and was assured would be done.

We have company coming this week so my husband did it while I did cabinets. I really didn't like paying 200.00 to have it cleaned only to come home and clean. If your looking for an average clean they're fine but I wouldn't recommend them for a deep clean. Punctual, fast and reasonable price. Also they take pictures of the house room by room which I find creepy. I asked why and the lady wouldn't give me a reason and got kind of rude. I'll keep looking for a different service
