I've used First Choice Commercial Cervices as a commercial construction client for over 15 years. They've cleaned hundreds of thousands of square feet for me over that time period. From distribution warehouse floors and ride on scrubbers to sweeping up parking lot debris after construction. I send one small video text and ask to be put on the schedule and it's taken care of for me.

Now let me tell you why I really like FCCS. Upon getting married in 2015, the facility I'd rented in downtown Louisville had just completed a major make over. The front reception of this facility had a grand white marble entrance that had previously had aluminum storefront on it. Upon demolition, there were horrible stains from years of neglect that the facility could not get up or out.

My future wife was completely beside herself as new brides are. I made a phone call, sent a small video, & with the facility owners agreement, had the crew out the next morning. Needless to say when finished, it was gleaming white and polished. I paid the same bill as I would any facility we would work in. That is why I use FCCS. Customer service is key in their relationships. I can honestly say that.
