My father cut his foot, resulting in blood stains on white carpet. The area also had various pet stains so we opted for professional cleaning. Calling to quote and schedule was easy and met with great customer service and very fair price. Kevin, our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, great communicator and all the stains were removed in approx 30 minutes. I forgot to take a 'before' picture, but carpet is back to full white and looks brand new. Recommend MaxCare and Kevin.

Maxcare cleaned my air ducts and the experience was amazing! Steve and Alan showed up on time which is very rare as most companies make you wait all day for them to show up. They got straight to work and were completely done in 3 hours. Alan hand washed all of my vent covers and any mess they made, they cleaned up such as vacuuming the floor. Both Alan and Steve wore masks the entire time they were in the house which was very important to me. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maxcare!

I think it's a great company but the guy that came to my house to clean the ductwork was sort of rude and obnoxious. I was shocked by extra vents charge went from 300.00 to 600.00 for only 4 more vents. My wife wanted it done so negotiated 500.00. Still way more than I wanted! And he replaced my color matched screws with big ugly silver hex head bolts! I have white vents .

We love Max Care. They clean the carpets at our home and office on a pretty regular basis. Mike usually comes and is always friendly and does a great job, including taking care of some bad stains. Hired this company to clean my couch, cost was quoted 120.00. When tech arrived he said $132.00 because it was one foot longer. Then tech said there was going to be an over spray and asked if I had bath towels to put on floor. Well over spray was an understatement. We had just put down new laminate floors and water was everywhere. Tech needed a tarp to protect my floors.
When I told him that I was going to call the owner to tell him the tech needs to provide a tarp or his own towels, he got an attitude, and told me to go ahead! He informed me he had been doing this many years! Why should I provide three beach towels that were soaked and now have to wash them, when I told him to mop up water soon because floor will warp. He told me not to worry about it! I would not use this company again, they really should give me half my money back
