Joel was great! I had my parents come into town with their 3 rat dogs and he was a delight even when dealing with my multiple reschedules, sorry! My mom ended up taking the appointment. She was bummed after getting the honest truth that some discoloration can't be 'cleaned' out once fibers are bleached/stained. BUT.after a long day of work and letting the carpets dry, they were GORGEOUS and stains are gone!

He got the heavy tread stains off my carpeted stairs, and all the coffee stains/chocolate milk (from my 4 yo) stains out of the new carpet in our living/dining area! He also got the weird stain out of the guest room (where the 3 dogs were!). Seriously can't thank them enough! Mom said you were prompt, professional, and the customer service was great. Found them on the RADradio page and so glad I didn't go with another cheap vendor! Thanks guys!

Advantage Steam is awesome! They were very responsive in returning my calls and scheduled an appointment for an estimate within a few days. Joel was professional, punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Once we decided to have them perform the work we were able to be put on there schedule in a reasonably short time. The results were truly amazing on our travertine tile.

We have used Advantage Steam for over 18 years and won't use anyone else. They always are able to get our carpets clean and we have had some dog instances that we didn't think could be cleaned. Joel has even had to patch some hole chewed through by dogs and you could never even tell patch work was done. We have referred them to friends who also continue to use them. Advantage Steam Way is the only carpet cleaning company I will use. Joel does a very good job in cleaning the carpets, and pays special attention to stains. My carpets always look so nice when he is done. He also does a very good job steam-cleaning the tile. If you haven't had your tile steam-cleaned, have Joel do it. My tile looked new.

Joel was prompt and professional! He did a great job cleaning our carpet in our kids' rooms. The carpet is older and has been through a lot but it's looks great now and will get us through a few more years with the kids.

Joel arrived promptly and after looking at our carpets and sofa (and a little "chit-chat") he got right to work. We decided to do our sofa when the weather gets a little warmer so that it will dry quicker, but he did our carpet in our 3 rooms in about 2.5 hrs. The carpets look amazing! Like brand new. We have been cleaning our carpets with Joel for several years. We have white carpets in live in a rural area. Our foot traffic and pet traffic is constant. We have enjoyed sharing our families growth. We have left on vacation and Joel has cleaned while we were gone. This service was especially needed as we have had some construction work done. Our place looks fabulous and we are ready for our Christmas in our clean house. We can highly recommend!

I have 2 dogs, including a 6 month old puppy, and after getting him potty trained, I figured it was finally time to get the carpets cleaned. Joel showed up right on time, which is something I'm not used to with other carpet cleaning companies, and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. When he finished steam cleaning, I couldn't believe that my area rug was white again!

It was almost cleaner than when I bought it! And he was able to completely remove some pretty dark stains in other areas of the house. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants sparkly clean carpets and great customer service!

We just had our wool carpet cleaned and one area rug. We learned more about the proper care of wool. Advantage Steam was thorough, knowledgeable and provided expert service. My rental house was a wreck after the tenants moved out (country house = dirt galore + 2 adults + 3 kids +3 dogs). I was sure I was looking at carpet replacement.but Joel saved the day. Also spend the money on tile cleaning, you can never get it this clean by hand, I have tried. I have never had tile professionally cleaned before however after I learned the grout in this house is grey not dark brown (ugg).

We had Joel out to clean our carpets and the back of our couch where the cat sprayed. He did an excellent job throughout. We were considering having the grout in our kitchen done as well, but decided against it. Even though we didn't have him clean the grout, he explained how we can do it ourselves for cheap. Joel is the best! He is personable, but most of all, he is honest and his work is the best! I had previously used Zerorez, but our carpets came out crunchy and heavy traffic area dirt returned fairly quickly. Not so with Joel's work. Our carpets came out soft and he got rust stains out! AMAZING Job! We had 2 AREA RUGS and our FLOOR and KITCHEN & BATH COUNTER-TOP TILES & GROUT done in our home. The job Joel did was way beyond my expectations! SImply put, it looks like a brand new floor! Not only did Joel do an excellent job, but he also gave us recommendations on how to continually care for our flooring. My only regret is that I did not have this job by Joel 2 years ago! Area rugs that were 8 and 5 years old (one a shag the other had Jute in it) turned out fantastic!

I was referred to Joel by a great local window cleaner (Paul Black) and employed him to clean the carpets in a home we purchased. The carpets were original and REALLY dirty, and he cleaned them so well that we feel like we can live with the for some time to come! We thought we were going to have to replace them sooner than later. But here is the best thing ever.

As a local realtor, I referred him to my client who hired him to clean carpets in a home he is selling. Joel arrived right on time, and then proceeded to tell my client he would be wasting his money having Joel clean his carpets. Joel could tell just by LOOKING that the tenants who vacated had ruined the carpets by likely using a rental unit from a grocery store.

While the carpets would have looked beautiful for a day or two if Joel cleaned them, they would have reverted to their current blotched-looking state due to the damage caused by the over-harsh chemicals used in most retail rental units. (I didn't know this, did you? Apparently the pH is too high with their solutions!) Joel spent another 15 minutes or so educating us on the proper way to clean carpets, what to use for spot cleaning (get this.in most cases, water!), and then handed us each a bottle of his proprietary spot cleaner to try out. This is my kind of business partner. I am proud to recommend Joel at Advantage Steam. Not only will you get the cleanest carpets ever, but also honesty and an education.

I had my carpets cleaned this week by Advantage Steam Way. Very professional, neat and thorough. My carpets look new again. I've had the carpets cleaned before by other companies but none compare to this company. This is the best carpet cleaning company I've encountered and recommend them highly.

All too rarely, a service business offers a genuine surprise for excellent service. Well, that's what Joel at Advantage Steam Carpet and Tile Cleaning did for us today. Our large wool carpets needed the kind of cleaning you don't get with in-home services (thanks to our errant pets). Joel at Advantage picked up our beauties, serviced them in his shop and returned a few days later.

How did he do? Five stars+. Those carpets are fantastic again. And, he did not charge for pick up / delivery. He even helped position the carpets and move back the heavy furniture. Advantage Steam is highly recommended. Next year, we're gonna try Joel's in-home service on our extensive travertine tile floors. Oh, one more point: Advantage charged far less than several other services. I guess some cleaners see expensive wool carpets and bid high. As a fixed-income senior, I appreciate Joel's honest non rip-off approach.

Had Joel come into my house that I bought in October as my carpets were filthy. They were so bad that I thought I would have to replace them. However, once he got done, I was so impressed with how clean they were.and still are! So many other places, the dirt comes back to the surface, but with his service, the dirt is gone!
