I had a area rug that needed to be cleaned and they came out very promptly, it didn't take them long at all to clean it. Nice job and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and have referred friends as well.

Absolutely (hands down!) the BEST carpet cleaning service in Northern California! Every single time Dan has come to clean our carpets (which are regularly tattered by a toddler!), I have just been astonished by how brand new our carpet looks! He's timely in his services, yet incredibly thorough. Even if he's booked out, I will gladly wait on his availability. I simply cannot recommend this company enough!

Steam team was very accommodating with my schedule and fit me in right away with my carpet cleaning when I bought a new place. He was upfront about pricing with no surprises. He did a great job and went over things with me at the end. I will definitely use them in the future!

Steam Team is certainly consistent. I gave 5 star reviews in 2014 & 2017, and here we go again in 2021- 5 stars! Seven years of OUTSTANDING service. Quick call backs. Flexible scheduling. Trustworthy. My floor looks AMAZING. We have over 500 square feet of light colored tile and grout, which was looking really sad. Steam Team made it look brand new! Very reasonable prices. When I came home after a challenging day of work and saw the sparkling clean tile and grout, it really made my day. Thank you Steam Team.

Dan did a great job cleaning our carpets. Everything looks and smells clean and fresh. He cleaned areas in closets that hadn't been cleaned in years and made sure everything was picked up and off the carpets while cleaning. We will call again and use Steam Team the next time we have our carpets cleaned.

Dan and the Steam Team are as good as it gets! Dan went above and beyond the call of duty to clean our carpets during our move-out inspection. He was professional and courteous, and managed a very difficult property management company throughout the entire process. Dan took extra time to revisit our apartment after cleaning to ensure everything went smoothly.

Awesome job once again! Dan took a little extra time to go deep. it looks amazing and really smells fresh. We have 4 dogs ( potty trained and short hair) nonetheless, with "off white" carpets, it gets dirty. Have used Steam Team many times over 2+ years and wont use anyone else! Maybe Dan was having a bad day. but several visits, time and Money. My carpets looked dirty.and smelled, .If Dan couldn't get the smell out of my carpets, he should have told me on his visit. not charge me, and then I had to toss the rug. the smell was not gone. I had to call Dan a week later to get his attention, I had another Company come in, More Money, and he showed me the brown dirty water from my rugs that were supposedly cleaned a week earlier. I highly recommend Steam Team to clean your carpets. I have had Steve or Dan clean our carpets the past 4 years with great results. Steve and Dan are professionals with lots of experience. They took care of some extra dirty spots with great results. The carpet dries quick, looks and smells fresh.

Best carpet cleaner in Auburn hands down. We have three dogs and when they leave our carpet feels, looks and smells brand new! Plus the owners are so nice, patient and helpful!

Dan responded to my call on a Sunday evening and confirmed our appointment time in a text the same night. He did our home, a granny unit and an Airbnb apartment in the same afternoon. He was thorough, incredibly friendly and provided great information on the process making suggestion as he went. He also cleaned our grout. I will recommend them to everyone. My mom also loved the work they did in the granny unit and thought he was wonderful. And we have dogs. What a difference!

Outstanding customer service and true professionals! I have used them before for carpet cleaning, but this time, in addition to cleaning the carpets I had them clean our tile too. I was amazed (and a bit embarrassed) at the before and after on the tile! With two dogs constantly running in and out and even with regular cleaning, there was quite a buildup on the grout. I was impressed with Steve's commitment to quality work at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend Steam Team and I will use their services again!

Steam Team continues to impress. Since my last review, I've used them several more times in two different homes and each time has been perfect. We knocked out two walls in our home for a renovation project and were surprised by the sheetrock dust that wasn't coming out well enough with regular vacuuming. My allergies were taking over and I needed help fast.

They fit us in on very short notice and I couldn't even tell that we had a construction project in our living room. They also did a perfect job on a wool area rug that looks like new. Simply amazing. Prompt, professional and 5 Star service every time!
