Had an issue concerning water damage in my garage. Kenny was so fast in responding to our inquiry, and came to inspect the next day. His crew arrived the following day to start work. Really impressed with his team Ryan and Matt. They were professional, nice and very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up the area extremely well. I felt very well taken care of.

As far as the general experience with scheduling services and getting questions answered, the employee on the other line was very helpful. The person who came to do the cleaning arrived a little early, maybe about 30 mins, but the text alert beforehand letting me know he was on the way was a nice courtesy. I forgot his name, but he seemed very kind and professional. They offer a discount for military personnel which is much appreciated. I would use the company again if needed and would recommend their services to others as well!

Working with ProClean (recommended by my parents who have used them in the past) was such a breath of fresh air. I own a vacation rental on Pensacola Beach and do not live locally (although I did grow up there) and ever since COVID and Hurricane Sally hit getting reliable, trustworthy and communicative service in a timely manner has been challenging to say the least.

In the last 1.5 years from several different businesses both big brand name and local, I've gotten no call backs, the I'll call "30 min out" and never do, incorrect installations and order information even after confirmation calls were made, and on a several occasions just flat DIDN'T SHOW UP even after a confirmation call, ugh! I've had businesses turn my business away because they just can't take on more, which I get but still makes it hard to get serviced or products/appliances needed.

So once again finding myself needing a service done left me feeling leary and ready to be disappointed. HOWEVER, Pro Clean was SPOT ON WITH EVERYTHING! From the first call my business was taken. I needed to reschedule and that was not an issue. Someone was ALWAYS available to take my call (no chasing anyone down or leaving messages with no return calls).

The day before confirmation actually came, the service provider (Josh Steele, I believe) ACTUALLY called 30 min before arrival, showed up as stated, was friendly, didn't mess up the order requested and the quality of service was great. AND they offer a military discount! Seriously, I would call them for everything if I could they've been so easy to work with from the very first call and maybe restored a little faith in humanity for me, hahah.

ProClean did a great job on my house. After being away from the house for a few months, I returned and found mold everywhere. Mold remediation was certainly not something I was familiar with but Tony from ProClean walked me through the process and led the team of ProClean staff through the entire remediation process. I found the personnel to be professional, thorough and respectful. Tony and his team made an unfortunate mold experience manageable and for that I am extremely grateful.

They arrived on time, worked hard, friendly, and efficient. Enjoyed meeting them. They created a mess because of the work that they were doing, but they did a very thorough cleanup when they were done. The final cost was within the price range they quoted, so I paid the bill. The job required roughly 5 hours of work, rather than the two day estimate.

When I expressed surprise at the final cost for 5 hours of work, the supervisor from Pro Clean called me and offered a substantial refund. They already had my money, they could have just ignored me, but they chose to satisfy their customer. Unusual, and exceptional in today's marketplace. I would definitely use them in the future. You can trust them.

I ended up with a leaky faucet that caused more damage than I could have imagined. called Pro Clean and I have been amazed. They are professional, responsive, helpful with insurance and go above and beyond. When the kitchen/bathroom were being torn apart they did such a good job with containment that there was NOTHING outside of the containment area. Kim and Ryan were amazing and hardworking. Glad we chose Pro Clean and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I absolutely got great restoration and the rebuild department. My painter and flooring and LVP with Cortex was absolutely beautiful. I thought I would drive Brett crazy. Bamboo or LVP however I made my decision. Brett went out of his way to find the exact kind I wanted. This nightmare finally was over. Reputable and kindness are their employees. interactions with customers.

The degree of excellence in every department was the highest quality for a business that does so much. Thank you everyone Tony, Brett Scott and the painting crew, I'm sure I forgot someone.

I can't say enough about the help and hard work that Pro Clean provided during my recent water damage. They made a nightmare much more tolerable! Michael and his coworker were very professional, punctual, and so easy to work with. They even tolerated my very bad dogs with ease! I'm so grateful for the thorough and efficient job they did. While I hope to never need this service again, if I do ever have a need for restoration services, I will most definitely be calling on Pro Clean!

Pro clean missed 2 major spots on my carpet and when I requested a tech to come back out they said there was $125 minimum fee for a tech to come back out. Regardless of the fact their company did not do an adequate job, they expect the customer to make up the difference and pay the fee. That is not good business or appropriate customer service. When you don't do an adequate job, it shouldn't costs the customer. We paid $202 + $125 so they made us pay over 150% for them to do their job. Bad business and poor service!
