Summers Cleaning

Yesterday was the first cleaning day and we are extremely pleased with the service received. Brandy and her team made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. Friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable and we look forward to doing business with them on a monthly basis!

Summers Cleaning does a great job! Price is a little higher than some others, but the owner is very responsive and their team makes sure the place is clean and ready for guests. If something needs to be replaced they will pick it up for you. Very convenient for owners like myself who live in another state.

I have used Summer's Cleaning many times over the years before moving. Everyone was always on time, professional and did a great job cleaning. The house always smelled fresh and clean when they were done. I would recommend Summer's Cleaning for anyone needing residential cleaning.

I have worked for Summers Cleaning for more years than I can imagine. It is a great place to work with friendly, honest, caring, and professional people. I formed several lifetime friendships with many of my co-workers. It has been a few years since I worked there but I am still very close with the owner Penni and several of her employees. I just love them.

I have had the pleasure of having Summers Cleaning clean my beach condo rental for the past 7 years and never considered a single other vendor because of their attention to detail and desire for excellence. The staff was professional, courteous and responsive and the owner personally went out of her way on many occasions to solve whatever need I had. I have been using Summer's Cleaning since 2008 and I have nothing but rave reviews to post. Penni and her staff are responsive, professional and take the time and effort to do things right. I am a small rental management company that really values and appreciates a well run housekeeping service. It may be the most important facet of renting vacation property since one small thing overlooked or left dirty can cause a bad experience for the guest, big issues for me and ultimately a bad review. I would give Penni and her company a 5 star review and recommend her to anyone.

Amazing service and very responsive staff. Summers Cleaning was able to clean my house within a day's notice before I moved in. They were very very thorough and and paid a lot of attention to detail. I would definitely recommend using this service!

The cleaning crew is always different so our actual cleanings were a bit inconsistent. After a only a few months we had dirty dishes, crumbs under the sofas, and a picture left hanging by one nail on the wall after the cleaner(s) left. We got the general feeling that the owner was not happy to have us as a customer whenever these inconsistencies were brought to her attention.

One of the other customer invoices was sent to me, she had monthly billing, yet they wanted me to pay weekly even after requesting monthly billing. Often times I would hear "we have a staff shortage" or receive emails saying they couldn't clean on specific days because traffic was so bad on the beach that their cleaner's vehicles would overheat. It just seems like a poorly run business. No one is doing audit checks on the cleanings. We are happily now using other cleaners!
