I used their service for carpet cleaning and they did an amazing job. They were very punctual and prompt in responding back. They even came back the next day on my request to clean an old coffee stain on the carpet. I would highly recommend their service to the readers of this review. Very nice guys and have used them before. Overall very good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the spots and some areas of stuck food in some places on floor in kitchen. I know they would have come back, but I just spot cleaned it. I don't know if the floor cleaner would have even gotten it a second time. I scraped it off by hand. Nice reliable guys and always very professional.

We were extremely satisfied with the job they did! Our carpet is old & eventually needs a replacement but it looks almost brand new due to them! Highly recommend them! Everything went smoothly, from scheduling to the actual cleaning. They communicate updates regularly, such as reminders of the approaching appointment, en route, and arrived. My carpet has been thoroughly "annointed" by 2 dogs, and Bolton's treatment has had a huge impact on dog. aroma. I keep calling Bolton's because they are fast and efficient, and I feel that I get my money's worth.

I used Bolton's for the first time this weekend. Scheduling my appointment was easy and they arrived exactly on time. I had some areas of my carpet that had been badly repaired previously by another company and they fixed them perfectly. My carpet was cleaned and looks new again. I feel I just made a new friend. Paul showed up on time and he went far above the call of duty. He help me move a refrigerator and a bedroom set to the garage. I would highly recommend this company. A+ service! I was referred to Bolton's Carpet cleaning and couldn't be more happier. I have a light colored carpet with numirious spots. Doggy pee stains, baby bottle drippings, red juice stains, you name it, it was in my carpet. Excellent job! I'm so pleased and proud. They stand behind their service and encourage you to let them know if they missed anything. I also had a mattress steamed cleaned with great results. Bolton's did an amazing job. They cleaned my kitchen floors and the grout and did a beautiful job. I hate my kitchen tile and would rather rip it up and put new down, but Bolton's cleaned it so well that I can enjoy it again. They also cleaned it so well that we found different colored grout, so they came back the next week to restain the grout and make it all match. I would definitely recommend them. They are nice, friendly and great to work with.
