We had a tree fall on our house which damaged the roof and upstairs bedroom. Puro Tec handled everything from the initial emergency repairs to the completion of a new roof and gutter repairs. They did an excellent job. Andy our project manager was very informative and professional. We are very pleased with their outstanding work and customer service and would highly recommend this company

Used them for a fire. Couldn't be happier. They got us back to life and everything turned out great. Highly recommended.

We had a flood in our basement due to a hot-water heater. We immediately called Puro-Tec and we were thrilled with their service. They came out that night with several pieces of equipment to help dry the basement and clean the air. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through each step of the process. The Puro-Tec workers were friendly, professional, and efficient as they removed our damaged materials and replaced our dry-wall. Without hesitation, I would recommend Puro-Tec for anyone in need of fire or water restoration. They were great to work with!

Business used through management company for townhomes, makes sense why they don't list roofing as every homeowner in my building had leaking after this company replaced roofs. Recommend you all use professional roofers not a restoration company that subs out work.

My wife and I hired Puro Tec for a kitchen and family room remodel. This included cabinets, flooring, backsplash, painting, and lighting. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and set the proper expectations with us the entire time. Scott and Andy from Puro-Tech managed the entire process from beginning to end which was a huge time saver for us. I plan on using Puro-Tec again in the near future for a bathroom remodel. I would highly recommend them - local, small business and HONEST!

Due to COVID-19 the restoration had to be pushed back a few months but the end results were worth the wait. They were very professional as well as helpful. The contractors used were also very professional and courteous. Scott was wonderful to work with. Everyone I interacted with was very professional! Great job!

Recently my sump pump failed causing my basement to flood. The mitigation crew arrived on time and began clean up of the water. The crew quickly removed all the contaminated and wet drywall, trim, and carpet, then treated so mold would not become an issue. The lead estimator Scott prepared photos, a report, an invoice, and repair estimate for my insurance adjuster from Chubb who was impressed with the estimate and paid off of the reports/estimates prepared by Scott. Full disclosure I am an owner of the company.

I a subcontractor for Puro Tec and I can tell you that there is no better team to work with then the Project Managers at Puro Tec. They are fast thinking and act fast but the best part is that everyone in the company has a true heart and cares about there clients. This is hard to find in the construction world. Everyone there is top notch and I always think of them when my clients ask for a recommendation

I recently had a bad leak in my down stairs shower which ruined my entire bathroom, adjoining bedroom, and also my floors that lead out from my hallway to the living room. I contacted Scott with Puro-Tec who responded promptly and was very knowledgeable. I hired them to do the work on my bathroom. They had originally gave me a date and time to start the work.

I couple days later they called and said they could move up the date for me and ended up getting out to my house much quicker than I expected. Mark was the tech working on my bathroom. The bathroom was completely gutted and then redone. Mark's work was amazing. He is definitely a perfectionist and it shows in the final product. I couldn't be more pleased with how the entire process went. Pricing on the work was very fair and actually better than i thought and the response time from Scott and the finished product by Mark both had my very pleased. Overall a great experience. Very real. My personal opinion the business was bad. As a customer I was not satisfied nor was I happy with the end results. Again, floors were not done properly. The assistant told me my balance which was incorrect and never even apologized. Basically, shop around before using this place.

Just used Puro-Tec for a emergency service at my home. The water tank in our master bath cracked and flooded our bath and leaked down into our family room ceiling causing major damage. We called Puro-Tec and spoke with Julie and she had a emergency clean up team at our house that day. They did an excellent job cleaning up the mess and worked with our insurance company to get project done quickly. Thanks Puro-Tec for a great job. I highly recommend.

Puro-Tec did an AMAZING job restoring our home after it was severely damaged by a fire. They walked me through everything, took over all communications with the insurance company, filing all paperwork, etc. Best part after our insurance gave us their estimate Pat, the owner sat down with us and when line by line of what the insurance estimated, then allowed us to make changes in places if we wanted, like we added a win DC ow in our master bedroom, opened up a wall, etc.

Our home is done and soooo beautiful. After 2 horrible experiences with Paul Davis & Serve Pro I was terrified at the thought of having to deal with another restoration company, well Puro-T er c kept their word and restored my hope and belief that not all contractors are out to scam you.

My insurance company recommended Puro Tec. I spoke to a Karen Toby who set the appointment up for 7/26. The person came out stayed for about 5 minutes and said "no one was going to work for free" he informed my husband he would contact the insurance company about the estimate and to date we still have not received a phone call. Beware!
