Had the company give me an estimate and wasn't long before they scheduled a date for install. Professional and responsive. Also neat! Didn't see any equipment or parts laying around after they left. Very professional, I am very pleased with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. I am very thankful about the information I learned about my HVAC system through Mark. I am very reluctant to have service people to do work for me due to inexperienced service technicians, and the shortcuts they take. If do something you do it the right way or don't do it at all.

Highly professional. Top notch quality. We use them for both heat & air annual maintenance. Also used Homer Nine two years ago for a new HVAC system and resizing some ducts that prior owners had installed by local bargain HVAC company. Room was never right temp but Homer Nine quickly fixed the problem. Services: Thermostat repair, Heating system maintenance

My furnace stopped working on bitter cold Sunday. Called Homer 9. They had a serviceman at my house in less than a half hour. He was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was doing as he found the problem and promptly fixed it. So happy to have the heat back, and I gladly recommend H9! As always, Homer Nine did an excellent job with professionalism and care. Both John and Bob were polite and knowledgeable. Bob went out of his way to make sure that the furnace was working properly and that we were warm again! We will always call Homer Nine when we have heating or air conditioning issues. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my oil furnace and went over and beyond with his customer service while working. We needed our hot water tank serviced a few months ago. At that time Homer Nine was proactive and quoted a new tank and placed the details on file. When we had a need for an emergency replacement, all the details were on file and service and parts were available immediately. The technicians are kind and 100% professional. The customer service is amazing with timely follow-up and communication.

Homer Nine and Sons are an absolute Wonderful company. I was so thrilled with their professionalism throughout my experience with them. I was upset with myself for being the reason my furnace wasn't working because I was blocking my exhaust valves with my trash cans and that quickly resolved my problem. Unfortunately for me, I had to pay the full $95 fee to have the technician tell me to move my trash cans 3 to the right.and expensive lesson learned. Glad they were able to see me same day! I didn't want to go into the fall season with no furnace. Thanks again, Tom! He did wonderful and quick work.
