I was very impressed with Roth's technician, Devon. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet, especially the pet stains. I will request his service again in the future. He went above and beyond. Services: Area rug cleaning, General carpet cleaning

Roth Carpet Cleaning is also in the business of taking advantage of the elderly and minorities. My 93 year old grandmother recently used them to clean an expensive carpet. They thought my grandmother was senile. They did absolutely NOTHING to the carpet, with the exception of probably stepping on it. They lied to my grandmother, and intimidated her into not saying anything.

They made her feel uncomfortable raising the concern that they left the carpet the way they found it. Instead of righting the wrong. The manager offered to give her a 25% discount. Audacity is at an all time high with Roth. Why would you offer 25% off a service NEXT time when you couldn't clean 25% of the carpet the first time around? How does that make any sense? Roth needs to right this wrong.

We want 100% of her money back. Mr. Manager and I use "mister" loosely. Would you give your grandmother a discount on a cleaning service when two incompetent workers couldn't properly clean the carpet the first time? You talk about "Brand Name Quality" since 1988. Your "brand" lacks integrity. Preying on anyone, especially the elderly in a time like this speaks to your character.

Do the right thing and give my grandmother her money back. Asking someone to trust you to do your job a second time when you didn't complete it in the first place is a scam. Stop taking advantage of the elderly.

Can't recommend Roth enough! The service team did a fantastic job with our carpets and made sure we were happy before they left. I had them go over a few spots during the final walkthrough and they did so without hesitation. I spoke with Dave (supervisor?/owner?) as we had to do a bit of scheduling circus because of the 12/16 snowstorm, but he accommodated as best he could and ended up working out for us perfectly! We will absolutely be using Roth again if we need our carpets cleaned. Thanks again guys!

Roth Carpet Cleaning is a wonderful local family business. They were professional, on time, and efficient. They cleaned my carpets and stairs and moved my smaller furniture (can't expect anyone to move a 8ft wardrobe!). They came between and the window of time they said they would be there and called me before arriving. Billing was simple and easy and the prices were low and fair. I would have then come and clean again. 10/10

Critical: Professionalism The website says that they move most furniture. No! I had to move my furniture and a few times the cleaning man helped me. I'm 62 years old with medical problems. Also he came by himself. Never seen that before. Will not recommend Roth Carpets.

I called Roth Carpet Cleaning in Penn Hills. The appointment was scheduled to my convenience and they workers, Dennis and associate called before and arrived on time. They cleaned my living room, 2 bedrooms, a hallway and 15 steps of carpet. Also, my 3 cushion sofa, 2 chairs and 2 ottomans. And my 4 chairs at the breakfast table. They were not here long at all.

Everything they did was amazing. My carpets Look new again. My chairs were also scotch guarded. Thank you Roth for doing such a great job. I highly recommend them and will indeed use them again. Alfreda G Fox Chapel

Severe damage on my hardwood floor from tool being dropped down stairs, have been waiting on a callback or resolution for 4 days with owner or GM with no response - do not recommend! As a follow up to reply below, it has now been a week and I have zero missed calls as promised from this vendor.

I don't know how this company is in business. Young guy with straggly clothes pulled up in a hunk of junk old patched up company vehicle with no signs of a company name. Very Unprofessional. Equipment is old and obsolete. Leaking water all over the floor while he was supposedly cleaning the carpet. Loose wires on the back of the machine. I would quess that the equipment did not even clean the carpet.

Promises of coming on a diffinate day and not coming. NOT CALLING TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE and acting not really interested in the appointment. We had an appointment scheduled well in advance, took the day off, .moved all the furniture around to accommodate the cleaning and if WE had not called. we would still be waiting. excuse we got.the technician wasn't coming.

How nice for someone to call. NOT and then we were offered a $10 discount.ten dollars.no "im sorry.nothing" Needless to say.wont be using Roth the next time, thank you very much.

I wanted to write a review for Roth Carpet Cleaning after noticing there was only one and it was very negative. I had an awesome experience with Roth, and will definitely be using them again in the future! I searched high and low for a good carpet cleaning company in Pittsburgh at a decent price. Roth gave me a very reasonable quote and also offered a 25% off coupon on their website, which made it even more affordable!

The woman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and was able to get me in on my preferred day and time, even with only a few days notice. They called to confirm the day before, and the technician (Keith) also called the morning of to give me an estimated time frame. He was a little late, due to the job before me being more work than expected, but the office called me and let me know he was behind and it was no problem at all!

When he arrived I explained that my studio was very cramped and that I had to shove some furniture into the bathroom in order to make room for him. He had no issues with this and was beyond friendly and accommodating to the very small space! It took him less than 30 minutes and did a great job! I have zero complaints! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again!

I got my couches cleaned by Keith. He was so nice and professional. I have a toddler so my cream couches had everything on them from ink to ice cream. When he left my couches looked as clean as the first day I bought them. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Roth did a great job cleaning our carpets. The carpets look wonderful, and the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful in setting it up.

Roth Carpet & Flooring 2U is closely related to Roth Carpet Cleaning. Our tile install by the Houston so-called "franchise" was a complete disaster. Horrific punctuality, obscenely slow, extreme incompetence, and nonexistent supervision. And oh, yes, the worker robbed us of some valuable jewelry. Ed Stumpf, related and/or business partner to Dave Henc, promised to remove the trainwreck and failed to do so.

He promised to provide a refund and ignored all calls and emails. He even ignored a small-claims judgement for the same. Multiple calls to the Pittsburgh office were similarly ignored. Even trying to track down these companies' relationship and status was a frustrating quagmire of nonexistent companies, addresses, and names. The long and short of it, whatever quality of work this outfit does on a good day, don't expect to get your money back if it goes badly. Looking through past reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Not from Dave Henc, Ed Stumpf, or any company that combines the words "Roth" with "Carpet."

The lady's on the phone where super helpful. And the cleaner called me that morning and was there about the same time as he said he would be. Over all I an happy with the rug cleaning and would use them again.
