I called and asked about them doing the high traffic areas of my house and the man said he was too busy for that and that I should call someone not as good as them. Like Stanley Steamer. He said he wouldn't have time to do the exposed carpet. I didn't want my furniture moved. I thought that would make the job easier but he was completely rude. I didn't ask for a discount I was going to pay for the room but just have them do the high traffic areas. He basically hung up on me! Horrible customer service!

Kevin did an AMAZING JOB. This was a last minute request to a filthy house. Probably never cleaned in 25+ years but he made the carpets so clean and fresh. Removed decades of dog & cat hair and even cleaned out the air ducts. I can't thank him enough. He was awesome. Definitely will use this company again!

Kevin the owner came in on a holiday when we were in a desperate need of carpet cleaning before moving into our new home. He came and was truly exceptional. The house was filthy and looked like the carpet hadn't need cleaned in the last 20-30 years. The home looks completely different and I'm truly grateful. I highly recommend you use super duper, if you're looking for timely, professional service, and the best carpet cleaning in Pittsburgh.

Was looking for a quote. Put my information in website like Angi's list or something similar. Got a call from this guy. Very pushy high pressure. Told me to "book now" because they are very busy. Good for you that your business is very busy but I need to discuss with my husband first. He was not even let me call back in 10 minutes. It has to be NOW! When I told him I cannot book now he HANG UP ON ME. Fun fact the quote he told me I can find someone who is polite, able to work the next day with $150 cheaper.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to schedule an appointment after purchasing a voucher through Groupon. Kevin, the owner, was extremely rude and cut me off saying he couldn't service my address because it was well over 15 miles away when I mapped it out before purchasing the voucher. It was 14 miles away. I even hung up & checked again before calling back.
He kept cutting me off & telling me my address was too far, but he never knew my address. When I told him not to talk to me the way he was, he yelled & told me never call again or he'd call the cops. I come to leave a review & see I'm not the only one who's experienced this. I would NEVER spend my money here. I got my money back & hope he never gets anymore customers. Stay away from this business.

These guys are awesome. I called them after googling local carpet cleaners to get quotes for our office space. After getting no answer at some places and others who couldn't give us even a quote until 3-4 days later, it was refreshing when Kevin said "I'll be there in a half hour" to give me a quote. He beat out every other competitor price I had and was very accommodating of doing the job after our office hours on a Friday. He even sent me progress pictures via text and before/after photos. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Kevin and Brandon did a fantastic job. They worked very hard and efficiently. My 20 year old basement carpeting looks brand new. Very impressive! They also cleaned bedroom carpeting and several carpet runners and smaller area rugs. They also brought humor and levity. Great job, guys! We really appreciate your top notch work. I called this company for a quote, and they gave me attitude. When I told them that I didn't like the attitude, they said they didn't care. They may or may not do a good job cleaning carpets, but I will not find out as I will not do business with a company that has such obscene and offensive employees.
