H e did an excellent job on my frayed carpet in my foyer. Angie list sent someone and they said I had to replace my carpet. The Good Guy fixed it. NO PROBLEM. IM APPRECIATIVE.

These guys got carpet stains out that the big guys couldn't, even red fruit punch that I had tried every retail carpet stain removed on! Quick, beautifully done (could not find any stains). Also patched a bleach stain by taking a small piece from a closet and replacing the piece with a similar carpet they had on the truck. You cannot see the patch!

Finally did great job on pet stains, even came back for one that was so bad needed deeper treatment. I highly recommend. Pictures do not do it justice but adding some anyway.

Very happy with Mr Big and his service. Will only be using Good Guy Carpet from now on. I did not even realize how dirty my carpets really was until I got them professionally done by him. I only did it too because I wanted to get out one stain and decided to just do the entire place. Quick service and great results and not to mention the pricing.

UPDATE.We had good guy come out to help with a major plumbing repair needed in our home. We needed to have our carpet pulled up to have a broken pipe repaired under our concrete slab. Good guy came and pulled back the carpet and returned to repair the carpet. We were happy with the work till not too long after, the seam began to come undone. I reached out to good guy providing photos of the seam. Initially, he responded saying he could come repair it the following week. However, after following up the next week, he would not respond. At this point I'm not confident he will come repair it.

Dante was easy to schedule with, professional, fixed our carpet perfectly and even removed the PERMANENT MARKER that my little boy had drawn on his cream colored carpet with. I stored his company number in my phone for all future needs. He gets a 5 out of 5!

After multiple attempts to get the pet urine odor out of a corner of my carpet, I called Good Guy Carpet. Dante came the next day and applied multiple chemicals to remove the scent. Although it helped tremendously, the smell still lingered. Thankfully, they guarantee all their work. Within 10 days Dante was back again, replacing the carpet padding to really finish the job. Dante is conscientious about his work and also about saving the customer from unnecessary costs until completely necessary. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could have experienced a cleaning and some of the other customers have on the great reviews I read prior to scheduling an appointment. However, it's unfortunate that I report a failed attempt! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning between 12-1pm on VALENTINES DAY only because our schedules conflicted and I really needed the service.

Well going on 3 pm and two attempts of calling and getting the nonchalant, uncaring, and unsympathetic "answering service" I report that I was stood up! No call, no call back, not a word! What a complete waste of my time I must say. Customer service is HORRIBLE! And unprofessional! Looks like I will be seeking another carpet service because they will not be getting a dime from me after this! They really deserve no stars!

Dante did a great job. I needed some repair work done on carpet and he made it look good as new.
