Not a good firm. Buyer beware. We were misled by this company from the beginning. They turned a bad situation worse. Our home was torn apart while this company initially said they would not rebuild anything only to then insist that they would or could rebuild things. This confusion added much time onto getting things back as they should be. I feel that the people they sent out should be knowledgeable and know what their company will or will not do.
One of their project managers stepped in and did a half-hearted effort to submit the initial bid to simply get their foot in the door with all intentions of issuing supplements. The issue that arises when people are not thorough is that that they begin the rebuild process and then things take longer because they are not approved ahead of time and it does also expose the homeowner to the liability of having to pay the extras that are not approved ahead of time.
Anyone that has ever gone through this process clearly knows that it takes time especially when checks have to go from insurance to mortgage to homeowner to contractor it takes weeks if not months. Terrible communication, poor follow-up, a project that should have been done and complete quickly has taken many months now. They charged for equipment they never turned on for days only to insist that that machine was running the whole time?
It only continues to get worse. Just today months later I found this project manager going through my driveway have him on camera with pictures no phone call just a blind unannounced visit to my house while I was not home. Do not hire this firm you will regret it.
