I hired this company to re-stretch my carpeting.since it was bunching in the middle. The proprietor, Andy was cordial and we agreed upon a price on the phone. They came out and completed the work to my satisfaction. However, when the charge was placed on my credit card, it was nearly $200.00 higher than the agreed-upon price. I figured the tax and added it to my quoted price and the amount charged was still approximately $75.00 more.

I called Andy and explained my concern and he indicated that there was a 5% fee for use of a credit card. This charge was never mentioned at any time during our phone calls. I understand the tax being added but the surcharge, not so much. Had I known this, I would have written a check for the work done. I recommend that if you are going to use this company, insist on full disclosure up front. Also, ensure that you get the total charge in writing prior to the work being done. I will probably look elsewhere for my future flooring needs since this experience has left me with little trust in the integrity of this company.

Had this company do new floor My in kitchen & carpet in den & cleaning! They did a great job on all 3 accasions. Highly reccomend them. The owner Andy cares about his business the customers and his technicians.

They are grate people they cleaned my carpet. And furniture they did asom job and they put carpet upstairs apartment to hat was asom to. They are my go to people thank you carpet people

Dad just had his carpet done, two rooms and a hallway connecting several rooms. The job was done beautifully. The crew was clean, efficient, knowledgable and very professional. Not feeling the negative reviews here.

Called back because I was charged for a room that did not even get cleaned. The owner refused to fix the issue and instead argued back and forth and told me that with the amount of issues wrong with my carpet "I'm lucky that he even touched my carpets." Be your own judge of character as to if you want that kind of attitude being the kind of company you want to do anything for you.

He then called back to harass me. This place swears that they offer 100% customer resolution and satisfaction yet when their is an issue the manager is rude and inconsiderate. The issue and harassment alone is why I now have to contact my lawyer to get it resolved. Thankfully I got the entire conversation on recording.
