DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER Took in my expensive favorite suit that I only wear for special occasions to get a stain cleaned off it. Not only was the stain still there, there was now a hole in my suit not far from the stain! When I took it back and showed him the hole he said it could not have possibly been their fault and that It must have come from wear and tear.
When I pointed out that the suit was fairly new and not often worn he changed his opinion and then said that he was sure it was moth holes. When I said I stored my suit in a well lit room and that the hole was brand new and he refused to accept responsibility and even went as far to claim that he never maybe even dry cleaned the suit despite me having the receipt.
He then even told me it was important to make the customer happy and asked me what I wanted. When I said I would like for the garment to be replaced he told me no way and that I was at fault. He then suggested that if I were to prove my claim that i would have to get the suit tested by a lab and then he refused to pay for the lab work and said it was my responsibility.
I have never in my life dealt with such awful customer service, especially when I have clearly been wronged and the employee continues to not only change there story but insinuate that I was lying and tried any way to skirt responsibility. Now i'm stuck taking this to Small Claims Court. What a mistake it was going here.
