We are a 2nd generation family-owned and operated company. Our company is founded on the principal of the Temperature Focused Drying System. With this system we apply heat directly to the wet areas only. This system allows us to rapidly dry your water damaged structure and save more walls and flooring which will decrease drying and reconstruction costs and the inconvenience to the homeowner.

When we perform our quality services, we offer a 200% guarantee. What that means is that when we clean your home and a spot comes back or does not clean up very well, we will clean that area again at NO charge to the client. If we have to return to that area and it does not come clean, we will refund the money for that area. We will then call another carpet cleaner of your choice to come and clean the area, and we will pay for it.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. I contacted them about mold remediation. Two people came to my house at different times to look at the problem. They were prompt and very kind and knowledgeable. They promised to get back to me with a quote. There was no quote for about two weeks. I called to get more information about the quote.
That day, it was finally sent. When I asked when the project would begin, I was given an excuse about the storm that happened in August. I was understanding despite me inquiring about the remediation prior to the storm. I was told that I would receive a call from the manager to set up an appointment. This occurred in August, and it is now January.
There is still no call! UPDATE: Amy reached out to me and we were able to work things out. The team came and finished the task. The staff was able to describe the procedure and the products they were using. Even what to expect after. They were able to provide recommendations to prevent the problem from recurring. I'd like to thank Amy, Curtis, Victor, and one other gentleman whose name I can't recall right now for helping to turn this experience around.

Al came out today and was fantastic. He looked at everything, measured it and gave me a price before starting. He made quick work of all of my carpet and it came out looking brand new. I called four times. Was told twice that someone would get back to me. Good thing it wasn't any kind of life-or-death emergency cause I'd be dead. Completely blew me off and never bothered to call back and explain anything. So I moved on to someone else which is probably a blessing. They may be great if they ever bother to work with you, but apparently I wasn't special enough to get that privilege.

Service was excellent and I was very pleased with the results.i was told it was pet safe products when I inquired before setting up an appointment however when I called to inquire for ingredients in the solution that they used to see if all 4 pets could be having an allergic reaction after the job was done because of intense scratching, all that they wilI tell me was it is all non toxic.
I asked if they could come back and do a rinse and was told they don't do that. 3 large rooms and 2 large couches $$$ The company has contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding from the staff that I spoke with. They complied with my request for the list of ingredients in their product and also agreed to come out and give the carpet a rinse to help alleviate the problem.

I'll never forget it, it was a Saturday my husband was going to paint the Den and to our surprise he made a shocking discovery! We had WATER DAMAGE the type of damage where the entire wall needs to come down from ceiling to floor and the carpet had to be removed from the water damage and all the mold! "Who you gonna call?" Well we called Professional Restoration Systems and we are so happy we did the owner, Amy Prihoda, is amazing she came out the same day to assess the damage.
Her team came out immediately to start the remediation. The process took roughly 2-5 days, and Amy facilitated all the vendors that we needed in order to get the entire job done! She even handled the insurance claim and dealt with our homeowner's insurance company! They are hands down professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! Thank You again for helping us during that very stressful situation.
