Dry cleaning uses fluids to remove soils and stains from fabrics. Among the advantages of dry cleaning is its ability to dissolve grease and oils in a way that water cannot. Natural fibers such as wools and silks dry clean beautifully, but may shrink, distort, and lose color when washed in water. Synthetic fibers like polyester also respond well to dry cleaning, whereas they can retain oily stains after washing. Dry cleaning helps to return garments to a "like-new" condition and helps to prevent shrinkage, loss of color, and change of texture or finish.

My aunt gave me a dress with glitter throughout that she no longer wanted. There was a stain on the dress, and we're not sure what it was or how long is was stained, it looked like red wine. Executive Cleaners was able to remove the stain completely and keep the glitter on the dress in tact. It looks brand new. They did a wonderful job. I also use them to clean my suits for work, and fix hems on pants. They work quickly and my clothes always look like new.

I brought in an expensive white pair of Ralph Lauren pants which had some water marks from spilled white wine on them for a few years! I brought the pants to other cleaners to get the stains out, they were still there! Someone recommended Executive to get the stains out and the owner didn't guarantee she could get them out, but promised at least a 90 percent improvement. After explaining meticulously how she would clean them, She got the stains out and they look amazing again! Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I brought in some clothes for alterations and the staff that assisted me were courteous and professional. Additionally they offered to alter the jeans I was wearing the same day, and I received them back expertly altered. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and I will be back for all of my alteration needs, just like you should be.

I have been using executive cleaners wash and fold service for a few months now. They are quick in turn around and do a great job! Everything is neat, clothes are in good condition, and their customer service is top notch. If you're looking for an easy and fast way to get laundry done I would certainly give them a try!

Brought in a mother of the bride dress that needed extensive hemming, lots of layers. They did a fantastic job and only took a week. On top of that they are making me a gorgeous shawl with the left over material. Couldn't be happier! Only place I will ever go for tailoring. Highly recommend! Service: Alterations

My company and myself have been doing business with Executive Cleaners for years and as someone who has been in many cleaners I can attest that I have rarely seen a better run dry cleaner. Immediately when you enter you are greeted by a friendly smiling employee and quite often the warm and welcoming owners. You can see their dedication and attention to detail by the cleanliness of the plant and call area.
On top of all this their quality of work and pricing are hard to beat. You should feel absolutely comfortable leaving your clothes in their well trained and professional hands.

EDIT: Executive Cleaners called me in less than 24 hours regarding my review and advised me to bring the quilt in for a re-wash which was not done the first time. I believe it was just dry-cleaned the first time. Very professional and responsive. The comforter smells soooo much better now. Thank you Executive Cleaners. I have two French Bulldogs that sleep with me at night so I took my Anthropologie quilt in for a cleaning.
I gave this review 3 stars because 1) it took 5 days to get the quilt back - I had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket to sleep with for 5 nights when it got cleaned and 2) when I received the quilt it honestly smelt so bad and almost like a burnt type of stench. I had to immediately drive and buy linen Febreeze to get the smell out of my quilt. Anywhere I have got my items dry cleaned - they are returned clean and smelling good but it was not the case at Executive Cleaners in Milford.

I would highly recommend Executive Cleaners! I had my wedding dress cleaned by them, and they did an AMAZING job! On the night of my wedding, it rained and the bottom of my dress was covered in dirt. After Executive Cleaners cleaned it, you would never even know that it was dirty! It looked exactly how it did the day that I picked it up. So appreciative and thankful!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service at Executive Cleaners. I brought a shirt/jacket that was wrinkled beyond belief to them asking for it to be pressed, and when I picked it up the next day, the owner told me that they had to press it three times because of the way I had washed it. It came out beautiful, and they didn't charge me extra for all the work involved!

Never ever go here. The counter people are completely incompetent.in one example I saw the interchange where a new girl had been billing people the full rate rather than giving the prepay cash discount they were due.all day (got there at 6:30). Dress shirts end up with hard-pressed wrinkles in them in random places, one of my shirts was actually ruined.
You can tell if you want to do business with a place when you see how they act when sh*t goes wrong. They essentially kept me hanging for 6 weeks and then finally, begrudgingly, issued a credit (and yes, too small, had to actually phone-negotiate the credit - is this Shark Tank?). Used the credit and will never go back, but fair warning to others - there are a LOT of dry cleaners in the area, try a competent one.

I've had this leather jacket since 2013 and have worn it everywhere and through every circumstance. While laughing, crying, puking, bleeding, freezing to death, and sweating my ass off. So safe to say, it was a little worse-for-wear and in need of some serious love! But I could't trust my "old trusty" jacket with just anyone.only the best!
Executive Cleaners was the obvious choice. I immediately had peace of mind that my baby was in good hands. When I got my jacket back, it looked better than ever! The new lining looked amazing (and I actually preferred the color over the original lining), the tears were tastefully patched up, and the genuine leather was in good-as-new condition! If you're looking for someone you can trust with your most beloved clothing items, you can't go wrong with Executive Cleaners. They care just as much as you do -- if not more!

Been coming here for over 7 years - always great service. Last week, I brought in a pair of pants that I did't check the pockets and sure enough, the counter girl found over $200 that left in them and never took out. She called me and put th money in an envelope for me to pick up at a later time. Owners obviously train and hire quality people!

I needed a cream cashmere coat with imported french enamel buttons dry cleaned. It was new with tags when I brought it in, had no major stains and needed freshening up for the winter season. I was assured by the gentleman at the register that the coat could be repaired without the buttons being damaged (I did inquire beforehand). I also requested several other items needed mending (no dry cleaning), which he stated could be done.
When I came back to pick up my coat and clothes I was very disappointed to see two of the enamel buttons were scratched and one was broken (looked completely different than other buttons on the coat). The young lady at the front desk was not polite about the situation and only took pictures of the coat after I requested to speak to the owner (who was not there).
She stated the owner would call me back-which never happened. I followed up and spoke with the owner who stated the young lady that took pictures never spoke with her about the buttons. The owner also stated the solvent used to dry-clean clothes likely dissolved the glue holding the enamel to the button, damaging it. If this is the case, she needs to train employees to inform customers there is a high possibility the buttons on their garments will be damaged.
If this was explained to me I would have never left the coat at this dry cleaners. The manager stated she would sew alternate buttons on free of charge, but I honestly didn't want to bring my coat back to this cleaners again. I would only recommend this dry cleaner for minor alterations of basic garments and standard dry cleaning only. Spare yourself the aggravation and take luxury items to a high-end dry cleaner!

Had my wedding dress altered here. I had to have it taken in around my bust, added cups to the inside so a bra wasn't needed, hemmed and added a belt of jewels that was sewn on. they are meticulous and very experienced. fit like a glove. the ladies there are very friendly. highly recommend for any alterations.

This place is run by really nice people, you can tell by the people they hire. I'm pretty sure all work is done on premises, and that is important. I'm pretty finicky and my blouses are usually perfect. I bring in my husband's shirts and they look good and he never has an issue, not that he would notice, except that about once a month a shirt button is crushed, prob due to the machines, and they cheerfully replace the buttons. I've tried a few different dry cleaners in the area and I stick with them because they are the best combination of price and service I have found.

The service has been bad. I can turn the cheek on a couple of shirts pressed wrong, of which there were many, I cannot forgive poorly cleaned items and the constant broken or lost buttons. I gave a sweater to be dry cleaned and every single one of the buttons were missing! After going back and forth, I had to go pick out new buttons to be sewn on the sweater. Yesterday was the 2nd time I'd worn the sweater and one button came out!? Having said that, I do appreciate their efforts to remedy the problems.

I brought my wedding dress to Executive Cleaners and I was so happy to find that it looked as if I had just picked it up from the bridal shop and it's never been worn! After a long day of dancing and walking around outside the bottom of my dress was literally black! I never thought they would be able to get all of the dirt and stains out of such a delicate fabric! I am so happy with the way my dress turned out and I will definitely be returning customer!

This business misinformed me of the correct price & then wanted to charge me extra after I had already paid the quoted price. Here's the story. I brought in a dress and 3 staff members were working that evening. I was given a price and paid it and expected to pick up my item on Monday. Well Monday morning they called me and said that the dress would not be able to be dry cleaned and needs to be treated completely different( like a wedding gown).
Then they said the price would be more and expected me to agree with this nonsense! Why didn't 1 of their 3 staff members inform me of this when I dropped it off? Why wait for 3 days to pass to tell me? And isn't it illegal to quote a price then change it all of a sudden? Sounds very fishy to me! I will not be returning there again!

The dry cleaning is OK here. We haven't had any huge issues so we keep bringing our clothes back but it's nothing to write home about. Any place with a cash discount is kind of sketchy. Dry cleaning aside, my rub is my wife needed an alteration done on a pair of pants and we had to send it back TWICE because it didn't get done the first two times, they just gave us the pair of pants back after they said it was done. As the saying goes, third time is the charm.

Rude, immature front end staff with serious attitudes. Poor customer service. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Had a teenage staff member call me and say "are you going to pick up your dry cleaning or what?" when I had been waiting for over a month to get it. If you've seen their commercials on local cable tv (a ripoff of direct tv commercials but without the humor) you get the idea of the kind of company you're dealing with. This company is anything but equipped to deal with "executives" or anyone else who wants quality dry cleaning. Pass on these guys.

Really really really bad customer service. Most of the counter people are super young and barely competent. The owner or manager is very rude and, in my opinion, lied to me. I went in to have a pair of my fiancees pants repaired. The quoted price was ten dollars. When I went to pick them up I was charged twenty. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that my fiancee had okayed the extra amount.
So I shrugged my shoulders and paid. When my fiancee found out she was livid. No way she had said yes to that. I tried repeatedly to talk to the manager about it but she was never available. And the front counter kids could do nothing to help me. Oh and to top it off the repair job ripped again the next time my fiancee wore the pants! As a dry cleaner Executive is fair. Same customer service issues though. I've found other places in Milford to take my business. Never again will I bring my clothes here!

I have not gone back and here's why. My boyfriend and his family have been with these dry cleaners forever, they have torn his suite pants, broken buttons CONSTANTLY, and never taken responsibility for any of it. I brought in my Vince shirts did they not only ruin the custom buttons, they told me it was the designers fault. We have spoken to the owner and she will not lift a finger.
Do not get me wrong, at first I was skeptical of the situation and thought she was right but then we did our research with the brand. The buttons shouldn't be breaking because they're not cheap! Definitely will never go there again and will strongly discourage anyone from taking anything at all there! They obviously do not value their loyal customers and have no integrity.

Got in town at 5 AM for a funeral the next day and I wanted to get my dress shirt pressed. I stayed awake until they opened & called to see if I could get a shirt done the same day. Not ONLY did they tell me that if I had it in by 9 AM it would be ready by 2 PM, they also told me that if I had the shirt laundered, it would cost me less than half of what just pressing the shirt would have cost.
After attending my uncle's visitation, I shot back over to Executive and my shirt was ready and waiting as promised! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that the plastic covering the shirt was so long that it dragged on the floor and I almost face planted when I accidentally stepped on it. I'd suggest folding the plastic in half and hooking it back over the hanger hook to keep it from dragging the floor and creating a clumsiness hazard.

This is the first place I tried in Milford. I liked it in the beginning. They offered next day service, which was great! However, my satisfaction quickly dissipated when I found broken buttons and wrinkles throughout every shirt I brought in. The quality of their work is not very good. The shoulders on my shirts consistently come back wrinkles. On my pants, I seem to find a broken button every time.
Another issue: payments. They have pretty good rates, but you have to follow certain rules. 1) Prepayment takes like x% off the total price. 2) Pay in case takes y% off total price. 3) You have to PRINT a coupon every time you drop something off. What makes this ridiculous is that the coupon NEVER CHANGES! The combination of these things has led me to Frederick's Dry Cleaning (also called Wow One Price) on Cherry St. I couldn't be happier with it. I definitely suggest trying that instead.
