The technicians were on time, very professional and helpful. They worked quickly to clean the carpets on my entire house. My carpets look like new! I appreciate the little booties they left me so I could walk on the carpet without getting my feet wet. I would use them again or refer their services without hesitation.

I cannot speak more highly of Cleaner Carpets & Surfaces. Jake and team went above and beyond to help meet a very tight deadline. My mother needed carpet in her basement on a very quick turnaround. Not only did Jake meet with my mother personally to help her decide on a carpet, he kept her right on budget, not a cent over. To top it off, installation happened a day early which was fantastic.

Jake and team do an excellent job. We run a rental property management business and use Cleaner Carpets for all of our turnover cleans. They are good at cleaning, restoring or replacing anything our tenants can throw at them. We use them for full carpet replaces as well and have been really impressed with the work. Picture attached is from a place that was totally demolished when we took it over. Cleaner Carpets did the new flooring. One company told us to just burn it to the ground. Cleaner Carpets & Surfaces have worked cleaning carpets for the company I work for, for numerous years and do a great job. We use them for cleaning carpet, tile, rugs, etc. in our rental units, clubhouses, and refer them to our clients. I have personally use them at my own home.

Cleaner Carpets & Surfaces has been cleaning my carpets for about 13 years now. Once you find a cleaner that does a job professionally, cleans without the worry of soapy residue, gets out stains (and I mean ALL stains) and is priced fairly, there is no reason to look any further. I have recommended them to many people because we all know "word of mouth" is the best way to find someone.
