All Clean Air Duct Cleaning

All clean was great! Explained everything very well and cleaned all of our vents and our dryer vent. He was thorough and quick and put everything back the way it was or better. Very happy with the services. We will definitley be hiring him again when we need our vents cleaned. I will also be refering business to him. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I was called 30 minutes past my scheduled time and the tech told me he had a bigger job than anticipated and would be 2 more hours before getting to my home. He said he needed to "talk to his wife" about their weekend plans before getting back to me on an alternative time. Several hours went by and I didn't hear anything, so I texted him. He never responded and just ghosted me.

I called Fresh Ducts instead and I was happy with their service. I won't do business with this company. Business must be booming, if professionalism and customer service don't matter. If demand ever wanes, the repeat customer that is earned with good customer service will be nowhere to be found. Hope it works out.

Best experience! Justin was clean, diligent, detailed & did not leave a huge mess in his wake as so many previous air duct cleaners had done. Based on my experience with Justin and All Clean Air Duct Cleaning I won't go anywhere else. Additionally, Justin reminded me of the importance of cleaning the dryer every few years for safety & to avoid fire risk. Plus the price was much more reasonable than any other competitors!

I did some research about air duct cleaning before I decided to go with All Clean Air Duct Cleaning. The first company I called actually doesn't service North Davis County (where I live), but they did give me some helpful pointers which eventually led me to All Clean Air Duct Cleaning. Some of the things I learned from talking to that other company and from investigating online are: *Unless I have a mansion or more than one furnace, I shouldn't have to spend more than $500-$600 total. *A duct cleaning company should be able to tell you their cost breakdown over the phone, and it's important to ask if the cost they give includes cleaning the duct run/trunk line (some of them only clean the vent opening and charge more for the space between them). *When calling, ask if there will be any other costs after they arrive to do the work. *I was also advised that unless I have more than one furnace, it shouldn't cost more than an additional $100 to sanitize the entire run and all vents/openings. *The next thing that was important to me in choosing a company to clean our ducts was that they not use scare tactics in selling their services.

That might not matter to some, but it's a pet peeve of mine. I filtered each company's reviews on Google from lowest to highest ratings and went from there. I am so happy that I went with All Clean Air Duct Cleaning. The cost they gave me over the phone is what I paid. Justin (the technician that came out) knew what he was doing, and did a fantastic job! Justin exceeded all expectations!

He worked so hard and got all of my ducts squeaky clean! There weren't any hidden costs. I did decide while he was here that I wanted the dryer vent cleaned, but even though that was added on in the last moment, it didn't add much on to my bill. In the end, my total cost for the whole job (including sanitizing) was a little more than $400. I am beyond happy with this whole experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend All Clean Air Duct Cleaning! **Note** I have a 2800 sq/ft home with 12 openings. Cost was based per opening, so what you end up paying might be different than what I paid.

Matt came and spent over 9 hours cleaning the ducts and air vents--we have three furnaces. This is a new home to us, and having the ducts clean is important. He removed marshmellow peeps, balls, and too much animal hair. Quick scheduling and attentive service were my favorite attributes. Matt was careful and respectful. Highly recommend them. Duct cleaning was done as expected. However, I now need to repaint/caulk my walls and baseboards from removing the return air vents covers. Not what I want to do on a brand new home.

I worked with Jacoby and he was a very professional man. He arrived on time and did a good job cleaning our vents in our house that we are remodeling. He knew a lot about his industry and cleaned up after himself well. Great company to work with no bait and switch pricing tricks. They tell you everything up front and then give you options if you want to pay for additional services. My kinda style! Thanks player!
