We have been very happy with Kelly Cleaning. The representatives from the office are always so friendly and keep in touch often to make sure all is going well with the janitorial services. The cleaning crew does a nice job and it always feels good walking into a clean office. I would 100% recommended Kelly Cleaning for a reliable, trustworthy and responsive cleaning service. There are carpet cleaners that just go over your carpet one time as fast as they can and then there are the ones that go over each spot multiple times and they several more passes with just the suction. Kelly is one of the ones that does it right! Ask for "Nacho" who my my service technician - Unbelievable perfect job! Don;t waste your money or take a chance with one of the other companies.

I have had many experiences with this company. A lot of them have been just fine, while some of my experiences have been very frustrating. As far as the quality of work goes, they are usually very good. Detail oriented and thorough. However, I guarantee you that they will try to sell you something that you did not order. Their communication within the company is extremely poor.
The company I work for uses them for a regular cleaning crew 3 times a week. I've had to inspect the work on a regular basis to point out areas that are being missed or not done well enough. Then they sell me things without asking first. I recently had them come to my house to steam clean my couch. The pricing was very fair so I made an appointment.
The woman on the phone confirmed my appointment for 8:30am but the technician didn't arrive until 9am. He was very nice and went straight to work. Over the phone I made it very clear that I wanted nothing more than a basic steam clean. No fragrance, to protectors, no special chemicals. They used a special stain remover and fragrance EVEN THOUGH I asked them not to and tried to charge me for it.
When I told the technician that I didn't order that, he understood and removed it. Just be warned that they WILL try to sell you something you didn't want or need. Otherwise, the quality is up to par and I would still consider using them again in the future.

They may be good at carpet cleaning but they are terrible at office cleaning! We have a brand new office and it is very, very clean. Their staff comes in to "clean" and is gone in under thirty minutes. We had a small issue with theft by their staff (we have video cameras in the office but that did not deter them. They changed the cleaning staff but they were not any better, The female account rep I talk to always talks to me with an attitude.
The cleaning staff does not mop the bathroom or kitchen, the don't wipe anything down (we had to call in and ask them to wipe down the fridge), they don't wipe down the cubicles, I've come in on Monday (they clean on Saturday when the office is empty) and the floors were still dirty, the cabinets are rarely wiped down and when they are, whatever product they use dries and leave terrible, very visible streaks! I am constantly cleaning up after them! I know we pay then pretty good money.all for a crappy job! I would never hire them and I hope my boss finds someone else!

We hired Kelly Cleaning to come in to our home and do a thorough post-renovation / remodel cleaning. Everything in the house is new: bathrooms, floors, kitchen, all cabinetry, windows, doors, etc. I was told by our property manager that they cleaned the house, and was emailed photo's after the cleaning which looked great. When I called Kelly to take care of the cleaning bill, I told them that everything looked good in the pictures I was sent, most especially the windows which were a chore to clean because they were new so all of the sticker residue was on the glass.
I flew out to California the next week, and upon our arrival I found that none of the cabinets or closests had been cleaned / wiped out. We called Kelly and they sent someone right over to take care of that. The gentleman who came to clean out the cabinetry quite understood why I requested someone come out to take care of what should have been done the first time.
I unfortunately didn't check the floors prior to calling them about the cabinets -- the floors were absolutely filthy! We literally had to wash and rinse the floors three times on our hands and knees before the white rags we were using were clean. I understand that after a major renovation there is quite a bit of dust to take care of, but the floors had all been refinished which was one of the last things done, so it's not as if they had to contend with all of the construction dust and dirt.
In addition to the fact that after the floors were refinished, there was a "no shoe" law implemented. After we cleaned the floors ourselves, I called Kelly Cleaning to let them know of the dirty floor issue, and the woman I spoke with on the phone said she would have to check with the crew that went out to the house and would get back to me. I never heard back.
I was merely calling to let them know what occurred, and as a business owner myself, feel it important to let another business owner know of such a situation so they can avoid a repeat with other clients. All that I expected was "I'm terribly sorry things were not to your satisfaction, what can we do to correct this issue?" Unfortunately that didn't happen.
