I had my living room cleaned a couple months ago (toddler and puppy potty training!) and was impressed with their customer service and speedy scheduling. I just moved and dont realize that I had to have my carpets cleaned before leaving since they have to replace them anyway. Pacific Breeze Chem Dry had the same friendly customer service and was able to get a technician to me same day! Im so very thankful for the amazing cleaning job they did. 5 star for sure!

My roommates dog had an accident on my couch and I had another company come the day before, the chemicals that they used on my couch smelled horrible and I could still smell the urine. I was told because of that reason it was not a guarantee that the urine smell could be removed. Daniel was determined to remove all the odor from my couch and worked nonstop for two hours!
