This will allow us to be very precise in our diagnosis of the problem and give you a snapshot of what your stone surface should look like.We can also determine if your stone should be sealed. Through the use of trained stone technicians, state-of-the-art equipment, and materials, we will restore your stone surface to its original beauty.

Over time, a once beautiful travertine stone can transform from its beauty and elegant state to being dull and damaged. That is why it is important to maintain it properly. With regular care and maintenance, your travertine will stay beautiful. However, if you do start to notice your travertine wearing down with age, this does not necessarily mean that you have to replace it.
Deep cleaning of your Travertine floors is often the first step to restore your floors to like new. This is especially true if you have a Castle Installation, also known as a Ashlar or french pattern, due to the type of travertine used. Nothing will out clean the Turbo Hybrid System when used properly with the correct stone detergents.
This before pictures shows a settlement crack through 3 tiles as well as where the installer likely sanded down a raised tile edge. Raised tile edges can occur with the best installers. Often the installer will sand down the raised travertine edge because it stands out like a sore thumb. However the consequence in doing so exposes the small voids, air pockets, within the stone body.
Travertine hi-polish finish is our most popular finish. These before and after pictures taken in Windermere speak for themselves. Another company had polished in the past and it was very cloudy. Our process included a deep clean, full diamond honing and a compound polish; which in turn provides the highest quality, highest clarity, longest lasting hi-polish finish available.

From the gentleman who came to give us an estimate, to the Manager in the office who set up the visit, to the staff who came to do the work, we were met w/ very professional & interested personnel. I very much appreciated that level of service. Our driveway looks awesome. In the daytime it appears clean and well kept, w/ no work on our part. At night it has a beautiful sheen to it from any lights: landscape, street lights, the moon - it's gorgeous. Without hesitation, we recommend this company because of the staff, and the outcome.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Love clean image. Their professional, easy booking, courtesy call and great customer service. The gentleman that came to house express what their game plan was an executed with perfection. They made sure to keep the work area neat and covered all appliances and areas they were not working on to ensure they do not cause any damages. Cleaned up after they were done.

Mike and Jeff did a wonderful job. Maintaining the travertine makes it beautiful for years. Ours is over 10 years old and looks as good as new. We had one decent sized chip this time - Holy Smokes, I had to use my flashlight to find the repair in broad daylight. Outstanding! Mike and Jeff were great at explaining what they were doing, keeping me informed on the timeline and so very polite. Thank you! We'll done.

This is the second time I've used the services of clean Image Orlando. A little over a year ago they came out can cleaned my floors and color sealed the grout. This time I had the clean the floors and asked for a quote to fix some hard water damage in my shower. The did both for me the day they came out including fixing a few chips in the tile. I wish I had a before and after photo of the bathroom. It is night and day! The gentleman who came out and did the work was professional on time and did a great job!

I honestly don't know how this company could have the ratings it does. I waited a long time for a quote and had almost given up. Then they sent it to me and I scheduled them. I had originally walked the house with a technician and explained what I wanted. The estimate finally came and in small print it said they don't repair the grout. So I spoke to the office and they added a fee for it.
Then two men show up the day they were suppose to clean. I take them through the house and repeat to them what needs to be done. They went to their truck and came back and changed the estimate by $1,047. I sent them packing.

They came out to clean, Polish, and seal our travertine floor. The guys that came out were very professional very friendly and took great care to move our furniture and protect any surfaces they could not move. My floors look amazing. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Best of all they were on time and they always called to give me an ETA. The girls that answer the phone are friendly helpful and very professional. It's nice to come across the company in this day and age that cares about Customer Service

100% recommend this company. They cleaned, fixed, sealed and finished the Spanish tile in our house. The quality of their work was outstanding, but most importantly their professionalism and friendliness was the best I have experienced in a long time. They were quick to answer the phone or return my calls or emails, they kept me updated and most importantly, they were on time and showed up when they said they would be there.
I dealt with Rachel at their office who was great. Victor and Michael came to the house to do the work and were also outstanding. It was very nice dealing with this company and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Jacob and Chase were extremely efficient, courteous and professional! They were attentive and meticulous on every detail of the process! I had just had the interior of my home painted and they made sure they put corner guards do as not damage my walls! My tiles look fantastic everywhere in the house!
