Terry Anderson was a high school student looking for work in the summer of 1980. He began soliciting households offering the services of Terry's Window Washing by not only cleaning windows in his original Itasca area home base, but by expanding throughout the western suburbs of Chicago. In 1982, while enrolled in Elmhurst College, this summer job extended into weekends, spring break, between classes, and whenever else free time was available.
When we quote a window cleaning price, we never ask you to "count your windows and multiply by." because every house is different. The type and style of windows you have, their position relative to landscaping, and even how high they are on the house can all affect your final price. That's why we quote each job individually.

Thank you Shine-Brite! We have only lived here little over a year and can tell the windows/screens/tracks have not been washed in a few years before us. Shine-Brite came out and wow what a difference. Wonderful job. Quick, courteous, and timely. Also, on first call I made out to them we had to leave message but received call back shortly after and was very professional and friendly.
Many times lately when talking with companies they talk as if we are bothering them when we are bringing them business so it was refreshing to have such a great phone experience too. All around 5 experience. Glad to have found my window washer company for our new home in the coming years here.

I have been using Shine-Brite for years for a reason. They are always professional and arrive on time, not only that they do a great job and work swiftly. I have them clean my windows inside and out along with a chandelier and a huge mirror. I am picky and I highly recommend Shine-Brite! Our house is ten times brighter after they came to clean our windows! They were professional, on time, thorough, and careful. They were super accommodating as they do not come out to our area as much anymore, and they fit us in with a few other households in the area! We were super pleased with the work! Tony always cleans our windows and does an excellent job. Terry does the scheduling and under a very difficult year, still managed to confirm an appointment for us. I have used Shine Brite on two occasions. Each employee I met or talked was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I stopped a crew that was cleaning windows across the street and they were able to give me a rough estimate. When I called Terry answered my questions and scheduled an appointment quickly. The crew that came was led by Jeff, he was personable and efficient and so were the other guys on the crew. I moved to a different home and had another great experience. I will/have recommend to friends and will use them again in the future! Great company!

Terry, your guys did a terrific job today! The morning sun is still shining on most of my windows and there are no streaks. Simply a fantastic job. Your team worked hard and fast and they were finished earlier than I expected. They showed up on time, and the whole team was polite, professional and very careful working around my existing furniture and decor.
