Clean Bee Cleaning Service

I had an area rug cleaned & was happy with the results. Then I had them come out to the house to clean 2 couches & a loveseat. We are in the process of installing new hardwood flooring throughout the house, so we moved the pieces to a 1st floor bedroom & placed tarps down on the plywood. They were there for 1 1/2 hours ( I was told it would take 3 hrs).

When they were done I told them it wasn't clean (loveseat looked good) & I was not happy, but they said it was the best they could do. A day or 2 later someone called to see how things went. I explained the situation to her & she offered to send another team out. (the reason I gave 2 stars instead of none) However we had already moved the pieces back into the livingroom & we were booked solid for the next 2 weeks & didn't have time to wait around for another 3 hours for another team to come in. Now every time I'm in my livingroom I can see the terrible job they did!

We moved to McHenry in May 2021 and had new carpet installed by Kenny's. When we had a desk chair leak oil on our new carpet last summer, Kenny's recommended Clean Bee to come take care of it. They did that quickly and efficiently. We used them again in May 2022 to do an annual cleaning of our carpet, and they did a beautiful job. This time they also cleaned the carpet in a room on the lower level that we did not replace when we moved in, and it looks like new. Techs Steven and RJ arrived right on time, laid out protective covers on our wood floors and got right to work.

They completed the job in less time than anticipated which was appreciated. We would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Plus, Clean Bee is a family-owned, local business, which is always our first choice if it also equals quality and value. Great work, Clean Bee!

Everyone from scheduling the appointment to the guys who came to clean my moms carpets were very professional and couldn't have been nicer to talk to. My phone call was returned quickly and the guys showed up at my moms right on time. We had some pet stains and some water damage to the carpets and they did a Great job of getting all the stains out and the carpet smells and looks like new. We would refer Clean Bee Flooring to anyone and we will definitely use their services again.

Dave and his team cleaned my couch. I have a HUGE 13 person sectional and my dog used it as a fire hydrant. I feel like I used ever available product in the stores to get the urine smell out to no avail. After Clean Bee cleaned my couch I can no longer smell a thing! I also appreciate the care they took in protecting my floors, doorways and other furniture from their hoses.

The put down floor covers, bumpers on wall corners and a zip up temporary door cover so my air conditioning didn't just blow up the door held open by the hoses. From start to finish I was very happy and I love that they are a local, family business. Highly recommend!

We were able to schedule right away and they let us know when they were coming. They did a very good job getting everything cleaned and spots out that we did not think would be possible. Very careful with furniture and explained everything. We felt the price was fair and the value high.

A fantastic company! I needed an emergency carpet cleaning and called to see if they had any available appointments. They did not, but they said they could fit me in at the end of the day. They showed up just after 3 and what a great job the guys did. I would call them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all of my friends!

We have used clean bee twice now. They are always prompt and courteous and the do an awesome job. We just had them out in February and had all the carpet cleaned. We have a dog that had an accident. I called them they came out and cleaned the spot at a discounted price. Obviously it was not their fault but I really appreciated the great customer service. If you're looking for a great cleaner I highly recommend them.

We had Clean Bee out to steam clean our carpets on a referral from a family member and were very happy we did! We just moved into a new house a few weeks ago and it was very apparent that the carpets had never been cleaned. From start to finish they were very professional and thorough. Our carpets after they were done were BEAUTIFUL. Our house smelled cleaner and just overall looked better. The crew was very nice and showed up on time. David and his team doing a fantastic job! I use them consistently for my real estate clients to get homes ready to list. They do my carpets, tile and grout etc. I even utilize them for furniture and upholstery as needed for home staging. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had our sofa and club chair cleaned and we're extremely pleased with how they turned out. We'd never had them cleaned in the 11 years that we've had them. The sofa had a couple of small stains and Clean Bee got those out, too. The two young men that came out were professional, courteous and friendly. We were also impressed that they used booties to cover their shoes, laid down drop cloths to protect the floors, and even put bumper guards on the corners of the walls as they took their machinery down our hallway.

My carpets were terrible with 3 dogs of which one was a puppy lab not trained! I really didn't want to replace the carpeting and I read amazing reviews from this company. So happy I called and had them do my house. I doubted my carpets could get as clean as they did. They were friendly and took pride in their job! Reasonable pricing too! Never will I go to anyone but Clean Bee. Try them.you wont be disappointed!

Had them come to my house to clean a couch, love seat, 2 chairs. Great service and even got iff stuff I thought could never be cleaned. Way to go Also did my oriental rugs great job on that.
