Contacted Wiz Team to clean our pool house. Prompt and timely visit from George to discuss work and give quote. Extremely knowledgeable, very experienced. Work was quickly scheduled and completed on time. They did a phenomenal job. If you have never experienced the difference between "cleaning" and doing a "deep clean", contact these guys. An entire team showed up, worked hard all day, and left with a 20 year old pool house gleaming like brand new. Highly recommend the Wiz Team.

George and the team are fantastic. They did a great job on the carpet of our new home. The amount of detail and care that they put into the carpet cleaning process is elite. We have used Wiz team for several years. We've had our ducts, carpets, and upholstery cleaned. We most recently had our carpets and upholstery cleaned and once again they did not disappoint. Besides their excellent cleaning services they are the most polite service people we've ever had and are eager to please. They prepare the floors with mats and use corner guards on the walls to protect them and are very clean performing their work. You would never know they were here except for everything being sparkling clean. Great work Tony and all the staff!

Unbelievable service that removed about 10 pounds of rubbish from my ducts, stuck there for over a decade from a previous renovation. No wonder it was always so dusty! George and his crew were unbelievably professional and gracious with their expertise. I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing at all times, and had the right equipment to perform cleaning in all the hard to reach corners of my home. I will continue as a customer in the future.

The communication was great throughout the process. I got an appointment within my desired time frame. I received a text to remind me of my appointment the day before and to give me an update on an earlier estimated arrival time which worked out great. I received a phone call and text when the techs were on their way and they arrived on time. The process of cleaning the air ducts was explained thoroughly and went very smoothly and quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised to be shown photos of the ducts before and after they were cleaned and also received the photos via email afterward. This made the experience very satisfying to actually see the difference.

Wiz Team was Awesome! From the minute I initially called them, Sasha was my first impression - the best customer service I've received in many years! Friendly, professional, courteous and a real person experience that in this day and age is very hard to find. George came out in the next couple of days and gave a quote letting me know all of my options.

He was very thorough very fair and very honest. With his help, I chose what I thought would best meet my needs. His team came out today. The called me before they came to confirm when they would be there, they were on time, very professional very courteous and over the top With protecting my home, laying down floor coverings corner protectors and even using special insulated shoe coverings.

Anthony and Benjamin were very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful during the service. They gave me all of the information I needed and let me know about things I could do in case of future pet accidents. They did an amazing job of getting the stains out! We recently bought a new home and knew we would want to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We found the WizTeam on line and after reading all the reviews I thought we would give them a call. All I can say is that Sasha and the team that works there is wonderful. Sasha did a rough estimate of what he thought the price would be. Low and behold after looking at the condition of the rugs when we actually got the house we soon realized the rugs were not worth keeping and that evening after closing we began to rip out the carpets.

I felt bad thinking I was going to need to cancel the job with the Wiz Team but after looking on line it turns out they clean hardwood and tile floors as well. With only 48 hours notice Sasha and his team went from cleaning the carpets to cleaning all the hardwoods in the house. They even helped taking out a bunch of staples we didn't realize we missed.

They didn't even complain but George got all the guys to help. The floors turned out wonderful and the hardworking guys and staff at Wiz Team was a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely have them come out again when the time comes. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Everyone who came to my house from the initial contact with Sasha to the guys coming to do the actual cleaning was professional, friendly and extremely informative. They took great care of my home covering everything with tarps and blankets and even putting guards on my wall corners to keep from damaging my walls when pulling their equipment hoses around.

They explained every step of the process and answered any questions I had. And when they left you would never know they were here because of the exceptional way they cleaned up after themselves! Will definitely use them again! Thank you!

George, Ben and Anthony are wonderful! George called to let me know his time of arrival. He went over everything that they were doing. They steam cleaned the tile floors in the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. It was an amazing difference! I hope I can keep it this way for a couple of years! They also cleaning our easy chair, ottoman and 2 couches. We have 1 dog who sheds a lot and 2 cats.

They think the furniture is theirs, especially the couches. The furniture went from dingy looking to being just about new again! What a difference! They also took our Oriental rug to get cleaned at their shop. I've had it professionally cleaned before; this has been the best it has looked! I highly recommend this company!

Moved cross country from PNW and bought a home in Lake Bluff. Found Wiz Team online and spoke with Sasha to coordinate estimation on site. Sasha is incredibly warm with stellar customer service. He produced detailed estimates for our needs around deep cleaning of both carpet, wood and tile/grout as part of a Move In. He was quick to respond and we were more than impressed after having spoken to at least half dozen other services in the area.

It was Sasha's detailed estimates and friendly demeanor that sealed the deal. Upon signing off, we ran into a conflict in scheduling. Dismayed, I started my call to other services, without much traction. Within hours, Sasha calls to save the day and confirm, that he and Mia were able to work with their amazing customer base to reschedule previous commitments to accommodate our cross country move.

How lucky were we? So thankful to Sasha who went above and beyond. Needless to say, we moved into a clean new home. George and his team came out and did a great job. We had such peace of mind knowing we were taken care of with such short notice, to boot. With Wiz Team, you get a group of amazing folks who really care to ensure they provide top notch service. What a wonderful experience we had with the team! I cannot say enough about this company and their service. We recently bought an older home and the ducts had never been cleaned. The carpets old and stained. George and his team performed magic in my view. We are now breathing clean air. The carpets are stain free! Thank you so much for all you did. I would definitely recommend getting a second estimate before using Wiz Team. I spilled a smoothie on a new carpet and had a spot job for an area no more the 3x3. I called Wiz Team and just by chance they were doing a job less then 2/10 a mile from my house. I have a driveway for them to park and the job was on the first floor. After giving my information, they quoted me $195.00.

This was completely excessive and the other quite I received was from $95-$150. They could have done my job in less then 10 minutes. They lost my job and my recommendation. In response to Georg's comment, it is nothing but self serving and misses my point. I assume all companies have set up costs so George's comment is irrelevant. My only point is that their costs are excessive and protect yourself and get a second estimate.

For a conclusion, a local carpet cleaning company came to my house today. They had the same truck setup that Wiz Team would have and cleaned the spot in 10 minutes. Finally, while they quoted me yesterday between $95-$150, they only charged me $95.00. Quality business and of course with recommendations being so important, I will definitely recommend them in the future. Morale of the Story-Get a second estimate

Had the team out to do air duct cleaning. They did a fantastic job. They protected the hard wood floors throughout the house and cleaned up on the way out to ensure nothing lingered behind. The overall effect has been fantastic in the air quality in my home. Highly recommend this team.

Professional, helpful and thorough are just a few words to describe my recent experience with Wiz Team. We called yesterday after learning our dryer issue was not actually due to the machine but rather an issue with a clogged vent on the roof. The team came same day, checked for ways to access the vent from the house (all while going a long way to protect the house), and finally scaling the roof to fix the problem.

They kept me in the loop of everything they suspected before doing anything and offered to remove a screen which was the wrong size and creating more of an issue. My dryer works as intended again (and they thoroughly cleaned it before they left). Great customer service and all and all a pleasure to do business with.

These guys are professionals Carpet Upholstery cleaners. George and his team quality service took their time to really clean couches and chairs. Wow what a before and after, made my dining room chairs look new again, so worth it!

I've used Wiz three times- all good. They've cleaned my carpets and furniture. They show up on time, quote, at which point you can say yea or nay. They're pricey but do a good job. Efficient and quick.

The service guys were friendly and knowledgeable and the carpet looks clean. However, I found them to be expensive and unprepared. Before making the appointment, I mentioned I was also interested in a quote to clean my couch, etc. When they arrived, the technician did not have anything in his truck to clean leather. I was asked if I told the secretary the couch was leather.

I think the material of the couch is a question that should have been asked if not equipping the truck with all supplies is an issue. When it came time to write the check, they added a $15 surcharge. When I questioned it, I was told it is the standard amount for every customer. They also have a high $ minimum which I was told about but thought I'd get a lot more stuff cleaned for my money carpet, tile and 2 couches. After quote was given for everything, I had only had my 300sq ft carpet done as this exceeded the minimum. A decent cleaning job but that's it.

Wiz Team is great. I've had them come out on several occasions to clean and protect my furniture. I find their staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. They're also committed to a solid work product. Case in point: some pillows they dry-cleaned had a lingering odor. They offered to send their crew out free of charge to address this.
