Two professionals cleaned my windows inside and out. They did a high-quality, in-depth job. I'm really pleased, One part of one storm window is jammed. We hired CleanPro to do a thorough cleaning of our rental cottage before our busy season after a year long renter. Top to bottom, inside and out, windows, ceilings, rafters, inside the heating, inside our kitchen cabinets and MORE. So reasonable, incredibly thorough, I cannot be happier and more grateful as it took so much off my plate as well as an amazing job compared to what I would have been able to do myself, much less the time it saved me. My bathroom and living room ceilings were repaired by CleanPro after a water leak occurred in the unit above me. While the living room ceiling was not affected, the bathroom ceiling did not take. The paint is peeling and the paper strip is exposed. I asked about this from the unit owner above me and he told me to contact CleanPro. I have done that several times leaving messages with my phone number but have not heard from them.
I am 70 years old and have never repaired a ceiling. My shoulders are bad and I cannot afford to hire someone to fix the ceiling in the bathroom but I'll will try the repair myself.

Extremely unprofessional and attempted to put my tenants in a dangerous situation even at the recommendation of their own technician. I had water damage at my property and called CleanPro to address the issue for me. After coming to the property they were unreachable by phone or email for around 2-3 weeks. I was finally able to schedule the work but they were unable to come back for a month.
They told me they would handle all the scheduling with the tenants so that the impact to them would be minimal and everything could be done with them in the home. Sounded great. When their technician showed up, he relayed serious safety concerns with the tenants remaining in the property while he conducted his work. I obviously told him not to proceed while I attempted to reach the main office who would only reply by email.
They were adamant that the product was safe even though the documentation I was able to find on the chemicals and their own technician said otherwise. It's beyond concerning that their management is so cavalier with their clients' safety. I would highly recommend that no one use this company! There are plenty of other firms in the area that can do a good job and not put you are anyone else's health at risk!
I should also say that when I started to ask questions about the chemicals and try to understand the process more they abruptly said they couldn't perform the work any longer. All in all just a sketchy situation to say the least.
