Moody's Carpet Care

They used my water to fill up the water tank in the van with out my permission. They arrived early but should have used that time to get their own water. When I asked him about it, he told me he uses the water at all of his customer's houses. I have never had a carpet company use my water to clean my carpet in the past. I asked my neighbors and they also told me that they haven't had s company use their water to clean carpets. I think I'm more annoyed that they hooked up the hose to my water faucet without permission.

My carpet looks new! The technician was able to get out ground-in dirt and lift the carpet fibers back up. They were professional, on-time, and very thorough. The price quoted was the price charged. No bait and switch like many other carpet cleaning services. I will definitely use them again. Service: General carpet cleaning

Not impressed for the price. Over $300 for an area rug & 3 pieces of furniture. Already have to do it over just 2 months later. Pros: - Friendly - Tackled an area rug with vomit without issue. (reason for 2 stars vs 1) - Did a small portion of another area rug for "free". Cons: - Furniture smells worse than it did prior to cleaning. - No "harsh checmical smell", but no smell at all (as if only water was used) - The 'free' spot done on my white area rug turned yellow, and a $400 rug is now ruined. - Dirty water dumped directly into my driveway when complete, then dried, leaving me to have to pressure wash when I have spare time in the spring. Just be leery of the "you get what you pay for" mentality, because in my case, more expensive did not mean better service. Had quotes for $100 less to do the same job.

Moody's did an excellent job cleansing my carpets. They were in and out extremely quickly. They were really prompt and I appreciated that given that I had other things I needed to get done. I will suggest them to my friends and family.

Very friendly - arrived on time. We had two stains which John said he could not get out, and he did not get them out. The next day my painter got the stains out using Folex and now the carpet looks great. So for routine carpet cleaning, they do well. Just don't expect too much if you have a stain. Will not use again.

I have been using Moody's for my carpet for a while now. Always gets the carpet real clean, and it is very quick. He is more money then some other places, but you get what you pay for. I will always use them because the other people don't have the knowledge about the technical stuff like he does.

John cleaned carpets at my mother's today and did a fantastic job. The carpets were atrocious and I entirely anticipated they would have to be torn out and replaced. They proved me wrong, turning the sad and abused carpets into almost new tidy carpets that I 'd stroll barefoot on!

Moody's gotten rid of pet discolorations that we "worked on" for several years. It was really unbelievable. I wish we had actually taken before and after images. Worth every penny! We will just use John from now on.

I had some really bad carpet. It had net been cleaned in years. This company did a great job. Kept the price as he told me on the phone. He was on time with a next day appointment. I would trust this company to do a good job for all my friends.
