Fast communication, great service, knowledgeable and helpful follow-up instructions. My dog threw up on my 100% wool Pottery Barn carpet and left a large, dark, brown stain. My teen tried to take care of it but dowsed it with bathroom cleaner instead of carpet cleaner. All said, I wondered if the carpet would ever be the same again. It was also Thanksgiving weekend to boot and I didn't expect much of an immediate response. CleanWay immediately responded with an estimate and I was able to schedule a visit relatively quickly.
They were not the cheapest estimate but I've learned in life that you get what you pay for. And also people need to make a living. They explained the difficulties with cleaning stains out of wool, went over the pricing of what I was asking for, and then cleaned my rug and got out all stains. CleanWay also called after the service to see how it went and to give me advice on rug care. Bottom line: quality service and the first people I'll go back to for rug care.

I have now used CleanWay twice at my home to clean the carpets. They were knowledgeable, professional and on time. My very worn carpets look and smell brand new. The technician helped me to assess the needs of each rug that we wanted cleaned, which included pet stains. He was able to get out stains that I had had for a few years. Highly recommended!

I was moving out of my current living situation and was super stressed out about the condition of the carpets, being that my puppy had a fair amount of accidents in the 6 months I had lived at the residence. From start to finish, CleanWay Carpet Care was a dream to work with. I was in contact with the sales rep/(owner?) Mark for about a month before the actual cleaning and he answered all my questions patiently and promptly.
He was also running a special on his website and he honored it for me. Being that I was dividing the cost awkwardly between my two roommates and I, Mark even gave me a run down of what each area of the townhome would be priced at, so we could all pay the fair amount. I was super anxious about what stains would lift and, even from just Mark walking through the place, he told me everything would come out aside from one stain that wasn't pet related, but rather actual dye on the carpet, and boy was he right!
The technician, Ryan, called when he was about 20 minutes from my house and texted me (per my request) when he was about 30 minutes from being done so I could rush over on my lunch break and write him a check. The carpets look fantastic and I can't say enough great things about CleanWay Carpet Care. I'm so relieved and will definitely be using them again in the future! PS: They even gave me a little bottle of "Spot Out", which is professional strength stain remover! Hopefully I won't need it, but it was a lovely touch :)
