Jeff did an excellent job cleaning our carpet! We had several stubborn stains that he was able to remove. He arrived on time and clearly explained the process he would be using to clean our carpet. When he finished, we had a beautifully cleaned carpet with no more stains! We will definitely be calling Jeff again the next time we need to have our carpet cleaned, and we will highly recommend him to our family and friends.

When Jeff arrived he wasn't sure he could get some of the stains out of our carpet from our older dog who has been having a lot of accidents in the house. He prepared us, however, he removed almost 100% of the stains! He not only got the stains out, but there is no pet odor in our house at all! He and his nephew were very polite and professional and we will DEFINITELY use them again and refer people to him whenever possible!

I have an in-home day care, so I find it very difficult to talk on the phone. Jeff was willing to work with me and talk/schedule everything over email and text, which I appreciate. He was great at communicating his arrival. Jeff did an excellent job cleaning my dirty carpets. He was able to lift most of the stains and every thing smelled so fresh!

Highly recommend! Jeff was very responsive and answered all my questions. There was ice and snow in the forecast during my scheduled appointment, but Jeff still made a point to come clean my carpets so they would be done before we moved furniture into our new home.
