Bock's Steam Star

Cleaned entire house of carpet. Stretched the carpet in the upstairs bedroom. Now it all looks like new. I want to update my review as I used Bock's Steam Clean a second time. Great professional cleaning, including a lot of pet stains. The only complaint, and why I removed one star, is the upholstery cleaning. I had 2 chairs cleaned. One cleaned up nicely but one is still very badly showing dirt or stains or something. Honestly 1 doesn't look like it was cleaned at all.

Great service! They cleaned the tile in our master bathroom and shower and it looks much better. They did a great job and were very professional.

They cleaned a sofa, upholstered chair and ottoman, three rooms and a hallway. They treated three long-standing stains and, when one didn't come out, they came back at no additional charge. They gave me an arrival window and called and texted when they were on the way. This is the second time I've used them and I will again. We were extremely happy with the service we received from Bock's Steam Star. The 2-man team was courteous and very professional. The carpets were cleaned, spots removed, and the stairs looked wonderful. They were in and out in just over an hour. I was impressed that the carpets were dry to the touch in less than 12 hours and the rooms had a clean, fresh scent. Definitely will use them again!

I really appreciated how quickly Steam Star was able to come out, they helped me with a move in clean of some very old and dirty carpet, my main goal was being able to move in and feel like it was clean and remove pet odors. They were so fast and cleaned a massive amount of carpet in a short time. The place is smelling so fresh and wonderful, can't thank them enough.

Bock's cleaned our carpets, restretched carpet in a couple of spots, plus cleaned upholstered furniture. We are very happy w/ them. Brian came out to give us a solid estimate. We had to reschedule our first appointment (no fault of them) they were very accomodating to reschedule. On the day of the cleaning we rec'd a call informing us they were on their way & arrived as scheduled. Everything turned out great. They spent extra time on a couple of spots we pointed out to them We are very happy with their work!

I wasn't sure that my carpet, stairs and sofa could look have that "new look" once cleaned, but I was pleasantly surprised at the results. My carpets look and feel great. Bock did a special treatment to pet spots that turned out great. Overall my carpet has been reclaimed, I will get them cleaned every 6 months now. Very happy

I've used Bock Steam Star several times and am always thrilled with the result. They communicate well, are timely, and efficient. They do a great job with trouble spots and high traffic areas. If there's an issue, they encourage customers to call and they will come back out, but I've never had the need. They do a great job the first time!

Very professional and wonderful customer service. They did an evaluation, gave me a bid and let me decide if I wanted to accept. Of course, I did! (But it would have been no charge if I hadn't.) Did a fabulous job on my carpet and stairs! Very well trained to understand your specific spots, issues and how best to handle! Well definitely use again!

Called and asked if I could bet my carpets cleaned again by Bock's. Lady could not give me the exact cost just said approximate or close to? The price would be provided at time of cleaning? Not exactly sure that is the way it should work but was given assurances that if the price was to high could cancel at that time.

I was in the hospital for a week and our dog got nervous and decided to pee in our bedroom. I called Bock's and I believe spoke with one of the owners. He was so incredibly sympathetic and truly felt bad that no one could come out for a few days as they were booked up. His kindness put me at ease. I am not a fan of "carpet cleaners" and feel like it is a rip off. Bock's has changed my opinion.

I was given a four hour window but was told they would call thirty minutes prior to arrival. The night before I got an email confirming along with tips to prepare for the cleaners. The next day they called prior to arrival as promised. They introduced themselves then had me show them what needed cleaned. They were very thorough in their explanation of what would be done.

The dog urine was only in about a quarter of the room but they treat the spots and still clean the whole room (around large furniture). It took about thirty minutes to do the actual cleaning. When I inspected it they had moved are light furniture (a table and two chairs) back and placed carpet protectors under the legs. The room smelled much better.

The floor was dry to the touch the next morning but still damp deep underneath, it is humid out right now so I think that is the delay. We are now left with a bleach like smell and I am hoping it goes away but you do have a ten day timeframe to have them come back out. If it is their error it is free, if it just needs a deeper clean it is at a much discounted cost.

I plan on calling in a couple days to see if the bleach smell is normal and will update my review accordingly. I do recommend Bock's and like that it is a one stop shop, they even stretch your carpets.

Great customer service. We just had all our carpets cleaned. Micheal, the technician, was friendly and professional. This was their second visit, which they did for free, due to a lingering dog odor. Thanks so much!

My 84 year old mother used these guys and they ruined her lawn by pouring their chemicals in her lawn. When she called they were rude and said they would "throw some seed down for her". That's nots going to fix it! Don't use them! Many more companies to choose from that treat their customers with respect.

I was actually not initially happy with the job they did because of the smell it was a little funky even though the gentlemen were nice clean etc. when I called the next day to complain they sent someone right out and they agreed that it smelled funky and thought perhaps they got a bad batch of chemical or something-they came back out and cleaned everything again for free with lower moisture and I am super happy with the end result they couldn't have been nicer and they exceeded my expectations!

I have used Bocks for 3 years for carpet and rug cleaning. They have always done a wonderful job! I decided to try them out on furniture cleaning. Again, they did a fantastic job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I highly recommend them for carpet, rug, and furniture cleaning!

40 MINUTES LATE! I called twice and left messages with no returned phone calls. No apology whatsoever even when they finally did show up. They quoted me a price over the phone but when they arrived they said it was going to be $200 more than quoted. They called their manager - Brian - to confirm and explain and apparently he laughed and yelled at them saying they wouldn't do it for the price originally quoted. Safe to say I did not use their service and would NOT recommend!

I used Yelp to help me find a company to clean the carpet in my parents new house before they moved in. I came across Bock's and thought I'd give them a try. Every time I spoke to the office they were very helpful even when I had to reschedule. They gave me a noon-4pm window. When my son had a drs appointment at 1pm they offered to come after 2:30 so I could keep my same slot.

They showed up on time and when the painters weren't quite finished they offered to come back in an hour or so in order to do the job right and prevent any damage to the freshly painted walls. Alex did the job by himself and I was amazed at the results. The carpet looked great and I thought the price was reasonable. They gave me a call the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience. This company is a class act with amazing customer service.

Thorough, professional, and personable. Before starting, the crew did a walk-through with me asking me to point out stains. Time was spent prepping the carpet for cleaning and after the cleaning, effort was expended on removing the cat hair that was embedded in the carpet.

We were on the verge of getting new carpet and spending well over $10k+. Called Bock's Steam Star and they were reasonably priced, on time arrival and made our carpet look "newer." Carpet stains were removed and years of not vacuuming under the furniture (or am I the only one guilty of that?) were steamed away! $550 for a 3.000 square foot house= DEAL.
