We've used Maxim 3 times over the last 2 years. First for rug and carpet cleaning. We then had them out to clean the air ducts after a remodel project and just a few months ago they cleaned all our leather furniture. Gabe's team is fantastic. Not mold experts, stay away. They didn't discover mold until the ceiling was cleaned when there was clearly visible (black) mold on the ceiling. They admitted they are only mold remediation people, not mold detection experts. Cost us time and money.

Are you thinking about cleaning your vents? Hire them! So the two awesome humans who came out to clean my vents today had a flat tire. They told me they would be a little late, and the beat the original time they gave me to be done. The house feels.lighter? Seriously if you've not cleaned your vents please do so and do it with Maxim. I'm an interested person who likes to see what people do in their jobs and they took the time to explain and then show me. Vent cleaning is super fun to watch.

They cleaned all the vents in our house and let me see what they were doing. I found rat poison in a vent and called them right away. They took care with every vent to make sure my house feels more like home then before. Pick them. It's worth your time.

I've used Maxim twice now. Once for the textured laminate at our business and for our whole house. Both times they did an excellent job. They were on time and professional. They overbilled me and caught the mistake and sent me a refund!

Completely messed up my dryer duct and ruined my dryer. I had to buy a new dryer and the duct is stilled clogged. Found a large amount of water in the duct line when installing the new dryer. WATER. When I called to complain they said it was the dryer not the work they performed
