Really good cleaning. I took my Burberry bag in because it had a wine stain they advised me that it may not come out but when I got it back I couldn't even tell where the stain was located

I've had great experiences with Margaret's. Dry cleaned Hugo and Theory sports coats there, which turned out perfect. There's definitely peace of mind knowing that they frequently handle these brands. Recently, I brought in a white button down that I had only worn once. It just happened to be on my wedding day. It was a good time if you couldn't tell from the dirt and green markings, which bled from a green beaded necklace that I was wearing. Ultimately, the shirt was destroyed. Margaret's cleaned it and a week later it's BRAND NEW.

I've never seen anything like it. My local dry cleaner can barely remove the dirt on the cuffs and neck line. This thing is spotless - I'm pumped. It was only around $10.50 to dry clean, hand press, and remove all the deep stains. Margaret's can be pricey for other items, but it's a great place to have on your radar since they can work magic. When I first picked up my dress from the Bridal Salon and tried it on, I panicked! It was too big and I thought there was no way it would ever fit right. I took the dress to Naomi at Margaret's and knew instantly that I had made the right choice! Naiomi is wonderful, friendly, and does incredible work! My dress looked amazing, and they even packaged it to keep it perfectly safe for our cross-country flight.

I brought a sport coat in for a minor repair and cleaning. She told me the repair would be $15, which is pretty common. I asked what the cleaning would cost but she didn't tell me--nothing on the ticket either. When I picked it up, they'd charged me $22.50 for the dry cleaning, apparently with some other charges for a total of $40. My fault for not pressing her to tell me.

They do amazing work BUT they handed my groom my wedding dress in a CLEAR PLASTIC BAG, I brought and left a garment bag and also purchased one of theirs for them to put it in. I don't know why they would think it was ok to give the groom the bride's wedding dress in a clear plastic bag. Like it's normal dry cleaning. I never received an apology, I wasn't comp'ed anything. They just didn't care at all. I will never give them my business again.

Not sure all the low reviews. It's a bougie expensive dry cleaning and alterations place with bougie and expensive prices. You get what you pay for, and I bring all my premium italian and french clothing and leather goods here for repairs and alterations.

If Margarets Cleaners can not remove some stains, nobody can do it

Probably one of a kind upscale dress cleaner with high-tech equipment that can clean sensitive dress and material, they will take any kind of sensitive garment you have but also charged steep price, turnaround time is usually about 5 to 7 days and they can also deliver the item to you if you sign up with their service. They have more than one location in the area. Expensive.

If you want terrifuc quality cleaning/repair of valued clothing this is the place! Very personalized.
