This is the second time I've used Sharpsparkle. The first time was few months ago for a deep cleaning, and this time was for a double deep cleaning on moving out of our house in Irvine. My wife was looking for a cleaning company and luckily Sharpsparkle was able to help us in a short notice. The cleaners were very sweet and professional. They were able to clean our house according to the estimated time that they gave me over the phone. The quality of service was fantastic and I don't have any complain. The owner was continuously communicating to us until the cleaning was done.
The only thing that I don't like is they only accept credit card. The price is fair like other cleaning company that I used before. But overall, I will use them again and recommend it.

Buyer Beware. They do not take responsibility for damages they cause. I was a 12-year bi-weekly customer. A couple of years ago the business sold. I found it strange that the new owners never came by to introduce themselves. The crew stayed the same and so did the quality, so, oh well. Then about a year ago, my team leader left, I was given a new crew and the quality dropped dramatically.
I had to keep on them and point out things, like mildew growing in the shower that only got cleaned when I pointed it out. Quality got so bad I finally asked for a new crew a month ago. The new girls were nice. The quality picked up some. But, on their first visit they broke the molding on my shower door; and never said a thing. They also did not reset my alarm system upon departure, so my house was left unsecured for 5 days while I was on vacation.
I waited to hear from the owner about the molding. Nothing. Next appointment came, nothing said about the molding. So, I took pictures and sent it to the owner and commented about the alarm. Their first response was "The girls didn't know about the alarm." Really, they had been turning it off and on for 12 years and turned if off upon entry! About the molding, they asked "Where do get that?" So, I dug out my paperwork found who did the shower and sent them name, address, phone # & hours of operation.
My response was "I have a day time job and won't be able to pick up and install the molding." I let them know how disappointed I was, and I would take care of the repair but would send them a bill, including my time. To which they responded. "I am not paying you." They were a no show for our next appointment. The part cost $20 and 5 minutes to put it, which my husband did. I hope it was worth losing a long-time customer over.

I was in need of a good spring cleaning. This team was able to schedule an appointment for me within a few days. The staff they sent over were quick and efficient. I have many respiratory allergies to strong cleaning products, but even that was not an issue. They are willing to work with me on using allergy friendly products. Looking forward to using their service.

Me and my wife were really impressed with the outcome of the service. The girls are lovely and professional. The cleaning results was outstanding and the house smells fresh and clean. Since we have a baby and two small dogs, we will sign-up for a bi-weekly cleaning. Thanks Ren and Maricel for the extra mile customer service that you have provided to us.
