Horrible agency. We had just moved into our new house and thought we would try them. I asked them to please sweep underneath the beds. After they left. my son told me they broke the bed. I look under his bed and they had dislodged the bed support post and gauged our brand new hardwood floors. When I tried to tell the agency about it. they claimed that they didn't believe me, had no responsibility to fix the issue and told me to charge the housekeeper personally.
When I told him that I didn't feel comfortable with that. he demanded my credit card number to charge me for the service. Are you kidding me? I am going to have to pay to repair the damage to my floor. He promptly started yelling at me and told me never to call there again (like there was a chance in hell I would be doing so). Wow. very unprofessional. I should have been more careful to ensure they were licensed and bonded. Beware.

Horrible! So disappointed! Just arrived home after my first cleaning service with Cleaning Services Agency, Inc. Wow, they didn't mop the floors as asked and didn't even sweep well. They did not properly clean the kitchen or bathrooms. Uggggg.can't believe it! They left their blackhair behind on my floors, and their fingerprints all over the plantation shutters they were supposed to clean.
I wonder if they even used any proper cleaning products. They didn't shake out or vacuum the rug in the entrance of our home. They didn't wipe things down. I could go on and on. They left a light on too. So angry! I definitely do not recommend this cleaning company!

I have been working with this agency since 2014 and I they give me the best service every time. Art and his crew are hard working, honest, reliable and always gives a great price. As a professional, my team & I run a property management team and we rely on this agency to do our deep cleaning upon vacancy every time. They do a fantastic job and you won't be disappointed. They do such a great job, that they now clean my personal residence too. Thank you guys for all you do! I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give this company -5 stars. They left their advertisement on our door so we thought it may be ok. Ana and Gabriel showed up scratched our white marble counters, and my wife's dress and portraits came up missing. we called the agency and they helped zero. they said it was our problem. also when we called Ana to look at the counters the next day she threatened to sue us for falling down on one of our steps. with all the other competitors out there I'd not use this agency.

So, I HAD been using this company for some time now and up until recently they did a fantastic job. I called them to schedule a deep cleaning as I am a full-time worker and Mommy to 2 little girls under 3. I cannot get to cleaning windows, wiping down doors and cleaning the interior of the fridge. Now, keep in mind, I pick up every day, never leave dishes, clean my bathrooms but sometimes I need a thorough cleaning.
When I called they quoted me a price and once they got to my house, they stated it would be an additional $45.00 on top of the original quoted price. Now, I had been using them for years so they knew my house (and we have changed NOTHING). Why they couldn't give me the CORRECT price upfront, I don't know. For what its worth, my friend (the one who recommended them to me) had been using them as well but also stopped since they did such a bad job, she even got her money back. I will NEVER use them again and even when I advised Wendy over at office she said, Ok.thanks.bye! Wow, unbelievable.

These people are not CLOSED. They likely changed their name so nobody would bother giving them negative posts. We moved into an empty house and hired them to do a pre-clean. There was nothing but floors, drawers and crown molding to clean. I don't know what they cleaned but the drawers were filthy and even had big debris in them like safety pins, twist ties, etc.
The crown moldings were black with dust. When I told the agency about it they said I have to take it up with the cleaning lady herself. I wanted my money back. Not worth it. Go with a real agency
