Half way through putting up sheetrock they stopped coming over to work. It took 2 weeks for them to answer a phone call when I was wondering WHY they weren't showing up! I took 3 days off of work for NO reason before I just decided I would go back to work. I had to borrow my neighbors phone to get them to even take my call. My dad and I ended up finishing the house ourself just to find out the sheetrock wasn't even put up correctly. What a waste of time and money.

We used Boone's to have our carpets and tile cleaned prior to listing our home for sale. They did an amazing job (over 3,000 sf) and no spot was left untouched. If you value open communication, clear pricing and on time project completion - then please consider another contractor. - You will be charged project management fees, even when you are the one managing the project. - You will be given a project completion date that will blow by without any word from Boone's. Your project will only be completed when they bring in outside help and it will be two months late. - You will send in billing questions and they will not reply for 30+ days. - You will never see a sketch or outline of the proposed completed project.
The outside help I referenced, and the only saving grace of Boone's, is Daniel Cuervo. He was brought on in month 4 and completed 75% of the project in 3 weeks. If you do choose Boone's, be sure to have him assigned.

My Dad's house flooded with a foot of water due to Harvey. I called Boone on 8/28, and we were placed on the list for an estimate. That happened within a few days. Within a few weeks, the house had been fully demo'd, treated and dried and is ready for the remodel. With all the widespread damage, their response time was appreciated by us. The crews really cared about the house and the work they were doing.

We knew that Boones Restoration was good at mold remediation and water damage, but we didn't know they also handle carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. When I hired them to clean our carpet, their workers showed up on time, handled this job very professionally and courteously. While walking through the area that they needed to clean, they pointed out what will come out and what will not.
They also were willing to move the furniture. After they finished their work, the result had exceeded my expectation (my stairway turned from grey to white). All in all, we are very satisfied with their work and will highly recommend their service to our friends and neighbors.

Boones Restoration came out and cleaned my air ducts. My home is over 30 years old, so there was a lot or crud packed in those ducts. I have been so happy with the result - the air is so much cleaner, and my allergies have abated significantly. They arrived timely and were professional in their services and reasonable in their pricing.
