I would never recommend this company to anyone. Just about every month a new wave of staff would come in, with some story about how a previous crew had failed to show up to work, or had been let go. So you never knew who you were getting in your home. I had some valuables disappear, but we didn't notice right away, so it would have been hard to prove anything.
But this was the only company we let in the house. So you do the math. The service was okay, and when I one day complained that many things were missed, I got this vitriolic email from the company owner threatening to sue me over the last payment if we stopped the check and saying that she had told her staff to take photos of our home without permission. It's just creepy. Weird, unprofessional, and I wouldn't have them back if the service was free.
