Albin did a fantastic job. Carpet hasn't been this clean in years. Albin is nice, respectful and extremely conscientious about his work and he is a very hard worker. I feel like my house had a day at the spa! Two workers, Brandy and Taylor, were here 5 hours and the house hasn't been this clean since we started remodeling nine months ago! Originally contacted HydroClean for carpet cleaning. My old man cat messed on a bedroom carpet and I couldn't get the smell out. Their enzyme and deodorizing spray worked real magic.

And I also contracted for maid service. The bathrooms are now pristine! The floors and baseboards are spotless. I asked to have the stove top cleaned, and now it looks like new! There's not a speck of dust and barely a dog hair to be seen. Brandy and Taylor were diligent and didn't cut corners, but they moved quickly, in my judgment. I feel like I got every penny's worth, and that's high praise coming from me. Call the Queen, my house is now perfect for a visit!

The sales team Christina and Paige nnI delt with were very courteous and professional, explaining every service I needed to clean my carpets. I was contacted the day before the service with a reminder and on the day of the service was called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on the way. The service man Dave did an amazing job.

He was very thorough and respectful of my home. This is the first time I have had carpets professionally cleaned having always used a rental or my own carpet cleaner. I would strongly recommend having Hydroclean to clean your carpet.

Albin worked so hard, going up and down stairs making sure that he had all directions. He was knowledgeable, polite, and considerate, but did not waste a minute. My rugs look like new. I am more than satisfied.

Donovan and Treyvon did an excellent job! They came exactly in the time window they were scheduled to, we're very professional, and completed the whole cleaning service in about 2 hours for a multi-story townhome. Additionally, they were very courteous about maneuvering around my sleeping infant and giving me a heads up whenever they would be working near or in her room. I would undoubtedly go to hydro clean again for any duct/vent cleaning services.

I hired Hydro Clean to clean carpets. They were a nightmare to work with and, I hate to say, dishonest. The problems were scheduling and price. I told Hydro Clean that I didn't care which day they came, but I wanted the work done sometime in the morning. They gave me an 8 to 10 window. Very late the day before the work - after we had moved furniture in 3 bedrooms - they called to tell me my time was 4 to 6.

I explained that this was not what we agreed to. They didn't care, but told me the jobs in the morning were small and they would arrive early in the afternoon. Nope. they showed up at 4 and finished at 6. We had emptied closets and jammed 3 full bedrooms of furniture into a hall bath and a small bedroom. We moved clothes to the basement. With the heat blasting, the carpets were still wet at 1:30 am and we had to move some things back anyway.

When I complained, Hydro Clean didn't believe me until they listened to their recorded original phone call. Then they claimed their "excellent" employee made a simple error and forgot to note the time in the file. But I told them they day before the work that I had a morning time. Then they further explained that they schedule jobs for their convenience depending on where the jobs are located. OK - I get that.

But tell me that up front, don't fib. If I had known that I would have gone elsewhere. The pricing just seemed odd. I had the website in front of me when I called. So, for example, once you think you have the price, they tell you to add a $23 fee for a fuel, environmental fee. Essentially, I think they are very opaque about price and they think they are very clear.

They rattle a few numbers to you over the phone, and the manager did the same thing in more detail once I complained. Here's the thing - I thought I would get the cost with the breakdown in an email after the initial phone call or, at the very least, after I paid the bill. Nope. It's a special request. So I now know that my 14 stairs cost $49 or that my living room rug cost $99.

They have the following explanations: we're a small company so can't always keep the website up to date/we don't provide invoices because our customers aren't interested in the detail. Call me one of the few. The story is a little longer than this, and some of it is almost funny. On the bright side, when the technician came he was very nice and my carpets, which were in good shape anyway, did look a little better after he left.

Actually Christina, Hydro Clean made absolutely no effort to accomodate me or fix the mistake that they knew about the day before. There was no invoice emailed to me and when I called, I was told I had to request it. I have already spoken to you and you are the one who explained the little nuances like "customers don't get invoices because they aren't interested in those details" plus the "we schedule service based on the the location of jobs". Why would I speak with you again?

Oh my goodness! I've had my carpet cleaned before but this was beyond my expectations! The carpet looks new! I would highly recommend hydro clean and Dillon. He was professional, prompt and a very hard worker. I'm definitely calling back to schedule furniture and hardwood floor cleanings! Thank you so much Dillon and Hydro Clean! Best company ever!

I asked both of their names and they told me and now I've forgotten. One of the 2 men had been here before and shampooed my area rugs and carpet. They were both very professional and friendly. I can't say enough about them except to say, in addition to the excellent cleaning job they do with the rugs their friendliness is why I've been using Hydro-Clean for years.

They took their time and also remeasured when I said I thought the new girl answering the phones who gave me the estimate was high on some of the pricing. Christine has always made my appointments and given me pricing. She's wonderful. I hope she still works for Hydro Clean. Thanks again! See you next time.

Just had carpets cleaned out again by Hydro-clean. Josh did a fantastic job and was very pleasant to have around. He was smart and professional and careful with the furniture and all our stuff was handled well. Highly recommend! My experience with Hydroclean was nothing but positive. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly and my carpet and tile cleaned up beautifully. The employees took great precaution, wearing masks and covering their shoes to avoid tracking dirt. I plan to use Hydroclean again in the future.

I just recently found out that I have developed allergies, after speaking with my Alergist and doing some research. I decided to have my vents and returns cleaned. I heard HydroClean adds on 95.1 Shine FM so I decided to check out the web site. After a few messages back-and-forth I not only have my price my questions answered I had my appointment set.

The morning of my appointment the technicians were very prompt here at 8:30 came in and explained everything to me what the Process would be and got straight to work. Both tech missions were very polite and conscientious answered a few more of my questions as they worked. And we're finished in a very timely manner. Photos of my ducks shows them clean and the house has a fresh scent. I definitely would use HydroClean again.

The people on the phone did not tell me about painted vents costing more for duct cleaning, so the price they quoted me was not accurate. The receptionists also can't answer all questions about specifics of the duct service. Aside from that, everyone was quite polite and friendly. The gentlemen who did the work were efficient, courteous, upfront with everything, and kind.

They were able to answer all of my questions and were much more honest than a company who had come out over a year before and showed me a picture of all my "mold" (that was not at all present when HydroClean came). They did not try any gimmicks or high-pressure sales. Would definitely use them again for duct cleaning.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Hydro Clean! To make a very long story short, Hydro Clean improperly cleaned our dryer vent when we moved into a new home. Not only did they cause a major fire hazard, we ended up being out over $1,000 between their services, technicians to fix the poorly performing dryer, and eventually replacing the dryer, only to discover the problem was Hydro Clean's incompetence!

Despite what we were out, it took months of me trying to contact the higher ups for them to eventually only refund the $99 we paid for the dryer vent cleaning. The check stub says "poorly cleaned dryer vent." That poorly cleaned dryer vent created a fire hazard in our home with our children and my non-mobile parents plus the time and cost of trying to get a working dryer. The company is incompetent and has terrible customer service, after creating a dangerous situation, I would never allow them in my home again.

My experience with HydroClean was nothing but GREAT. I contacted them the day before needing my carpet and furniture cleaned for the holidays. They were able to accommodate me and come the next morning. The technician who came out was named Chris. He was OUTSTANDING! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the process and products used. The carpet he cleaned is 15 years old and he worked hard to get it looking GREAT! I am very well pleased and will definitely use them again.

Gave up on them after months and months of unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. Stephen is apparently a manager according to one of the reviews?! If that's true, this company should reevaluate their management because maybe that's the problem. He's not helpful, not professional, not punctual. and if he is a manager he represents the company and ownership. Bad news. Go somewhere else.

Hydro Clean was on our insurance company's approved list of contractors. In the very beginning, everything went smoothly. The person assigned to work with us, Stephen, was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He lined up all the necessary sub contractors to get various jobs done. Once we got to repairing our floors, things spiraled downward.

The subcontractor was given one set of instructions despite the work estimate outlining something very different. At one point I was in a screaming match with the flooring subcontractor who insisted I was in the wrong. Our damage occurred in July and the work was not completed until November. Our final project was drawn out because Stephen had "the guy" to paint our cabinets.

It should have come as no surprise that when he did show up (after a month of waiting for him to become available) he had no idea about the size of the job. What he thought would take a day, took his team 3 days to complete. Not to mention, the paint job is subpar and is already flaking in multiple locations 2 months later. At the end of it all, we were shortchanged $90 in a final payout that took place in January.

I called and spoke to Stephen that night once we realized the mistake and was assured that the check would be in the mail tomorrow. It is now February, and we still do not have a check despite being told it would be mailed every single time I have managed to get a reply. Last week I called the office directly, and the office manager told me that Stephen was out of the office and there was absolutely no one else who could write this check for me.

This was one week after I had spoken to Stephen who told me the check would be in the mail. What kind of business is this? The process has been a nightmare in large part to the mismanagement of the job by Stephen and the poor handling of this final pay out of money that is due to us. I would not recommend Hydro Clean to anyone.

This company was referred to me by my insurance company after my hot water heater flooded my basement. They send two women to clean up my and inventory my contents and the two women leave after less than 2 hours. My basement still wreaked of mildew and they didn't move anything. The girl in charge wanted to argue with me when I told her she did a half butt job.

I took photos and fired them because there was clear evidence that the basement needed to be fully cleared out and everything damaged hadn't been removed. I ended up hiring another more reputable company and they arrived at 9 AM and finished at 7 PM with 7 workers! My furniture in the basement was all ruined because it sat in water so long. The new company located books, clothing, etc., with actual mold growth.

I wouldn't recommend this company to clean out a dirty litter box! If you don't want to hire professional people to do the job, don't take the job. Never again will I do business with this company.

These people cant do anything right. Stephen Arnold is a tool himself. Absolutely nothing this company does is the RIGHT WAY! They CANT paint, do hardwood, they cant even steam clean the correct way. Every time I call Stephen its just rings and rings. isn't he a manager? Shouldn't he be more punctual and attentive! Come on dude! When it comes to Hydro Clean getting paid they will call you 3-4x a day to get ahold of you but cant do the same when you call them.

Literally I wish nobody uses these people for work because they deserve to go out of business! Oh also, this happened in NOV 2017 and we didn't move back home until mid April 2018! And then when we moved back in Me and My girlfriend had to clean the entire house before we could move back in after they claimed a cleaning crew came but there is dust, soot, smoke still in showers and the HVAC filters were never replaced until AFTER we moved back. 6 Months to Replace Carpet, Hardwood floors, Drywall and Paint. 6 MONTHS! Crazy that they are still in business but since this is a family owned company noone will evr get fired so we need to just get them to out of business!

Heard of this company from a local radio station raving on what a good job they do, the plug sounded great, so we decided to give them a call. The scheduling was rather easy and the representative was friendly and eager to help. She quoted me a price over the phone with "all" of the discounts. The price was higher than others in the area, but I was willing to pay a more for a good job.

I was quoted about $700, but with the "discounts" it came to a little over $500. I agreed and set the date. I was given an arrival timeframe of between 1 PM and 4 PM- and I was told that I would get a 30 minute courtesy call before the techs arrived. NOPE! Around 3:45, no phone call so I called the office and they told me they would then check on the techs and get back to me. Needless to say, I had to call again at 4:40 PM as the techs were still not here. Finally, after waiting all day, taking the afternoon off of work, and preparing for them to arrive, (oh by the way, required me to vacuum prior to their arrival) they arrived at 4:41 PM.

I thought, "great, let's get started" WAIT! Not so fast. The techs came in and said they always remeasure and began to remeasure my entire house- which took them about 40 mins- The tech then said it was going to $910! WHAT?! But wait- then they went out to their van "to make a call" until 6:28pm! (They actually put the time in and the time out on their paperwork)!

My carpets are a year old, white and are in pretty good condition- a few areas that needed a little extra attention, but overall pretty normal. Ironically enough, my neighbors are moving Friday and were having their carpets cleaned- they were joking around with us that "their guy" arrived 15 mins early, and their carpets looked amazing. (they were referred by the new people buying their house because they too just used him to do the house they are moving out of) Enough said!

After waiting all day, no calls, almost two hours of "re-measuring", and "phone calls" and new price of almost DOUBLE- I finally walked out to my driveway (they were still "working" on the quote) and told them we were no longer interested. The tech was more than happy to leave saying " he "completely understood" and offered no explanation not apology. Fortunately, I was able to grab the neighbors guy as he was packing up, ( he came in quoted me a price, right while the Hydro Clean guys sat in my driveway doing whatever they were doing for almost 2 hours! ) Again, my job was pretty normal- nothing major- I guess this is why the other company could quote me a price so quickly- it's a pretty routine job!

I didn't even ask Hydro Clean to move furniture- we had anything we wanted moved done before they got here! Anyway, The neighbors guy came over looked at the house- the entire house- and he will be back on Wednesday, and with a price that was a fraction of the original price that Hydro Clean quoted me. My neighbors carpets looks brand new! The company that I will be using is CMG Steam Cleaners, and Dave was the one that graciously came him and gave us a quick and fair quote! 443-432-2279. Dave saw that my house was prepped and in disarray- so he worked us in quickly! Hydro Clean, wasted my day, offered no valid explanation, were not courteous and tried to almost DOUBLE the price upon a very late arrival! Don't waste your time and $$$. My radio station should stick the playing good music, and not referring carpet cleaners!

There was a flood from the condo above. I had a 8x3 ft area of the ceiling that they cut out to dry. The contractor they had to repair the ceiling did shoddy work. The manager of Hydro Clean, Stephen, agreed and sent the contractor back out; however, that contractor walked off the job without trying to repair it. Then I discovered that contractor painted the entire ceiling without moving or covering the furniture, knick knacks etc that are in the room.

I found paint on a fabric couch, clothing, plants and the list goes on. There was soo much grime and grit that I had to clean up too. Another contractor was to come out to fix the ceiling and I kept hearing "next week", but next week never comes. They tore out about a third of the carpet pad. I am still waiting for the replacement carpet pad and the carpet to be re-stretched to the walls.

They do not return phone calls either. I am on month 4 with the company and at this point I doubt they will complete their work. I didn't hire this company, since I was the victim of another person's accident and this is the company that was hired. If they treat all their customers like this I don't understand how they can still be in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

But as you can see there is no photos of anything being rebuilt, And i have called several times-! What sucks is they have done work at my house before- leaving me in this state shows just how much they DIDN'T CARE! And this was from Late July!

Extremely disappointed in Hydro Clean Certified Restoration. The service performed with air duct cleaning was careless as paint was pulled from the ceiling in two spots when removing the vents, finger prints were left on the ceiling and two other vents were put back loose. The carpet cleaning was not thorough and 9.5 hours after they were cleaned they were still soaked; took a full 24 hours for the carpets to dry.

The customer service is horrible with no regard to an individuals time as Stephen the general manager was suppose to come out to follow up with the above issues; he did not show up at the scheduled time and no one from the office contacted me to reschedule.

I've been using Hydroclean to clean my carpets for years. They are easy to schedule and Charlie is an excellent technician. He is kind, courteous and professional and does an exceptional job. Do not use Hydroclean to clean floor ceramic tile and grout. After our tile cleaning experience we will never use or recommend the company for anything, again, period. They damaged the kitchen and bathroom tile and refused to repair the damage or refund the original cleaning cost. Their are loose tiles and over 20 chipped or scratched areas. An unexplained waiver signed right before doing the work exempts them of absolutely any liability; no matter what damage occurs.

Because of the companies reputation and our good carpet cleaning service in the past, we trusted that the technican was experienced and that a quality company, such as Hydroclean, would stand behind their work. Wrong! After complaining about the damage, the manager came out. He misled us, left us hopeful that something would be done. WRONG! But, after several follow- up calls we learned that was not the case.

So because of the waiver, we are stuck with doing the repair and have learned a huge lesson. No matter what the previous experience with a company, read and understand all documents before signing.

Quick and easy process to set an appointment, and the office staff knew exactly how to give me an accurate estimate, but then they also laser measure your rooms when they show up, to make sure you aren't over-paying. Charlie and Brandon cleaned my townhouse, they were on time, called on their way. And when they were at my place, they were quick and thorough, helped get out a nagging stain that other cleaners couldn't get! Highly recommend!

I hired Hydro-Clean to pressure wash my entire home, clean all the air ducts, wash all of my windows & skylights, inside and outside and clean all of my carpets. The process was easy for me from beginning to end and I am very impressed with the work they do and each team that came to my home. Christina coordinated all of the jobs and she is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Every person that came out was polite and customer satisfaction oriented. I am very pleased with the results on everything that was done. My home is clean and fresh on the outside and the inside. I am happy to recommend a company that does such a great job. Each team was on time and called ahead when they were enroute. They were all polite, professional and made sure that I was happy with the results. This was my first experience with Hydro-Clean but it will not be my last; I will be calling them again.

This company is the very BEST cleaning for carpets and Upholstery I have ever used. Why? Because: 1) They were on time and because they were coming early A.M., I had requested a reminder call when they were on their way. * They actually called* 2) When they arrived they were professional in every way. They were nice, personable, and well-mannered. 3) They took their time and explained everything and answered all of my questions. 4) They were knowledgeable about their job and got right to work 5) I had a light colored sofa and chair and they took the time to really get it clean.

It had been cleaned once before, and the other company had done a terrible job - and it didnt even look as thought i'd gotten it cleaned - I never used that company for anything again. However, when Hydro-Clean finished - my furniture HONESTLY looked Brand new again. Overall, I would give this company and more specifically, the fantastic team of Bill and Dave a 10 star rating if that were possible. IF you have hydro-clean do your next carpet or upholstery cleaning Job - ASK FOR BILL AND DAVE - they are truly awesome! Thank you Hydro-Clean - from beginning to end, you stood head and shoulders above your competition! Other companies should take lessons from you!
