I used Maryland Cleaning Service over the Holiday to clean my home. The person who setup the appointment for me was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. The cleaning people were very professional, they arrived on time was ready to work. We did a walk through of the area that needed to be cleaned and they started to work. They cleaned 3 bath room, kitchen stove, counter tops microwave and floor.
They vacuum, dusted my bed rooms, living room, dinning room and swept the area in the basement. I had been trying to get my marble tile in the foyer shining without and smears and the young lady was able to get it to shine. I was very pleased with the work they did and will use the service again.

Contacted this company to clean 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom from 8-9am. After 5 minutes late I called and asked if they were still coming, they said yes. After 20 minutes late I had to cancel. They then said, "We'll never come to your house again if you cancel." My response was, "That's fine, " and they hung up on me. Worst experience ever! P.S. The owner has responded to my message.
The owner and I did not discuss a window of arrival, we discussed a window for cleaning from 8-9am. During our conversation I made it clear that I had to leave for work at 9am. I did not refuse to let anyone in because no one knocked on my door. At about 8:35-8:40am someone pulled into my driveway got out, got back in quickly, and immediatedly backed out to go in the other direction.
If that was them, they were successfully 35-40 minutes late. Like I said, they got out of the car and then got back in. No questions asked, no knocking, no refusal to allow entry, and no one asked me for a cancellation fee. Granted, I don't think they could have told me about the cancellation fee because they hung up the phone on me. The worst part, they open at 7am.
I was told they don't do anything earlier than 8am and their business location is only 5-10 minutes from my home. How can this be explained with anything other than terrible service?

Great value and customer service! I wish I had found this company years ago, because I would have hired them as my regular house-cleaning service in an instant. Instead, I only found them as I was moving out of my home and needed it cleaned on a tight schedule before my tenants moved in. The owner was so courteous to me, accommodating my schedule and following up with a reminder call. After, he sent me pictures so I could see the great job his crew did. Highly recommended!

Using people as back up workers. Then showing favoritism to a certain employee. Possibly taking advice or suggestions from them that determines the fate of another worker. What type of real boss does that. It is so unfair. I don't believe in a lot of things but one thing that has always been true to me was KARMA.
