Their team did an Outstanding job on my two story with large yard surrounded by vinyl fence. They showed up on time, were respectful and helpful, worked efficiently, and I feel like the cost was worth the effort. 20% discount for having gutters and pressure washing all done at the same time. They even did the small part of the fence facing my neighbors yard and she will appreciate that.

I appreciate them not disturbing the birds nest on my front porch. Highly recommend, were at my home within a week of first request. I felt comfortable with their low pressure method that did not damage my porch screen or window screens, and still got the pollen, mold and grime off. My fence looks brand new, and they Definitely made my home ready for listing to sell!

We had Mid-Atlantic Power Washing pressure wash our house, porches and walkways recently. The technicians did a great job. They were very thorough spending about 3 hours getting everything cleaned. The house looks like new. We were very impressed with the results and the professionalism of the technicians as well as the scheduling staff. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Mid-Atlantic's crew, Cliff and Corey, did a great job cleaning our house, porch, walk and driveway. About 4 hours after they finished the job, I noticed a few discolored spots. I called Crissy in the office and about an hour later Cliff and Corey were back at my house. Cliff explained the spots were caused by the weep holes in the siding and they proceeded to wash away the spots. A great job and awesome service! Will definitely hire this company again and highly recommend it.

Mid-Atlantic Power Washing is the best! Had my old wooden fence power washed and stained and it transformed my yard. Had my aluminum awning cleaned too. Whole house looks better. Very nicely done. The team is professional and courteous. Very affordable and a pleasure to work with.

This was my neighbor and my first time doing anything to our decks and we are so glad we went with Mid-Atlantic to power wash and stain them! They were the most fair and honest out of all the estimates we got, and Rob explained and answered our countless questions with utmost patience (which is not easy lol). The crew was great when they came out; timely and professional.

I was a little startled that their pricing was so affordable, and the results were exceptional. So the value is definitely there. But it's their people who make this such an uncommon company. From the front office to the crew doing the work, their communication was clear and timely. They adjusted their schedule to mine several times. They even brought a block of wood to do a stain test, making sure they were matching the current color of my deck. A pleasure to come across them and now recommend them with confidence to others.
