Carpet is pre-inspected for stains and/or traffic patterns. If needed, a heated pre-treatment will be sprayed on affected areas to loosen and break down soil/stains. The carpet is then steam rinsed, with a carpet emulsifier, which is applied and extracted simultaneously. The combination of this heated solution, pressure vacuum produces extraordinary results.
Cleaning upholstery is not as simple as it may seem, you don't just pour a chemical into a machine and clean. Some fabrics need to be wet cleaned, some dry cleaned and some can be cleaned both ways. Some upholstered furniture like velvet needs to be "carded" using a special brass brush. Bruce did an amazing job on our family room rug which included 4 years of stains from pets, kids, playdough, food, & reg dust and dirt. the run looks brand new again I was shocked. Bruce did a fantastic job! He showed up on time and cleaned the hallway carpet and carpeting in multiple bedrooms and on staircases. We didn't really know what to expect because the stains were from 40+ years of use. However Bruce cleaned them and the result was amazing! They look brand new and it definitely lifted the lingering odor out of our new home. Very affordable as well. 100% would recommend Bruce for any local carpet cleaning!

Bruce was great to work with. Showed up exactly when he said he would, took his time to make sure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We were thrilled with how the carpet came out. Previous owners had dogs and the lingering smell was unpleasant. After the cleaning, the odor was gone and looked like it had just been installed. Would 100% refer Bruce to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!
