We've been very happy with the service! They are prompt, thorough, and anytime we have input they are very willing to listen. They are also very nice and friendly to our 3-year-old who likes to watch!

Just bought a new house and the people who were there before us left the place looking like a mess. We were just so busy with work that we called them up. They got our house looking great plus they had a deal for $30 off which we weren't mad about at all. 10/10 recommend.

The ladies did a wonderful job in my place today! I thought the price was very fair for the service that they provided me with. Louisa was in constant contact with me and worked with me as much as I needed. Very quick to respond and very helpful. I'll be using them again!

Lied to us about the original price, hid fees (said over the phone it was $20/hour. When we demanded why the bill was so high, they said it was actually $25/person. We had no idea, they didn't make this clear at all.) Tried to lie to us about how long they were there and when we called them out on it, only barely lowered the price. At least the cleaning was good enough that we didn't also lose money on our rent deposit. We wouldn't have called in the first place if it wasn't required to move out, but I will never be calling them again.

We hired LG to perform a final cleaning on our house prior to placing it up for sale, and we could not be more pleased with the results. The service was delivered at the time requested. Every room of our house was cleaned expertly and timely. The crew was in and out in a couple of hours. They had the right tools and materials to get the job done. The house was spotless and we believe it enhanced the value of our house and helped it sell. And they are nice people too- that counts! We would gladly use LG Cleaning again!

Louisa and her team of cleaners do amazing, expert work. They are fast, efficient and leave my home sparkling clean. Not an easy task as we have three indoor dogs. They are also kind to my precious pets. We appreciate their good and thorough work.

We had the owner come give us a bid to clean a home that needed deeper cleaning than the typical home. We liked their bid so we hired them. They called us at the end of the day to tell us they would not be able to finish the job and that they would need more money. We told them that they needed to do the agreed work on the bid for the price they agreed to.

They decided to stay later into the evening to finish. We received the bill with a manipulation tactic to cover for the owners mistake (basically telling us we have no heart if we don't pay the girls extra for working late). We inspected the home and many of the items on the bid were not even touched. We took pictures and sent them to LG Cleaning Services to show proof of what they missed/ignored.

We told them they could come back and finish or we would get another company to come finish for them and split the bill. They came back and did a few more items, about 20%. We ended up just paying them to end the nightmare and getting a new company to finish their job. We recognize this was a big job cleaning up a messy rental. Bottom line, the owner bid the job too low and wanted us to cover for her mistake and then never even finished the job like she promised.

I have had L.G. Cleaning Services clean my house for over 6 months now and they do an AMAZING job! Luisa the owner is very professional and she always works with my schedule and fits me in. I also appreciate that she brings a crew with her and finishes in 1 hour! I am a VERY satisfied customer and will be a client for life!
