Very professional and I can't say enough about their services, would recommend them whole heartedly. This is the second time we've used them. All American did a wonderful job when my basement flooded. They responded very fast and worked so hard to get everything cleaned up. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. Paul and his team did a excellent job and went above and beyond what was required of them. My new basement is way better then it was before I can't thank the team enough.

The owner response to this post is a LIE! They refuse to discuss this further with me. Terri and her company took advantage of us and cost us over $10,000 out of pocket after assuring us our homeowners insurance gave them the "go ahead" on repairs. Had I have known this was a complete blatant lie I would've shopped around and figured out a way to fix the problem in a way that wouldn't bankrupt us.

I would use high caution when dealing with this company. Make sure you consult an attorney every step of the way instead of consulting an attorney after the fact, like I'm doing now. To add insult to injury, instead of taking responsibility for their misconduct and making an alternate agreement or payment arrangement with us, Terri put a lean on our home and is making it impossible to close on the sale.

We will have to keep pushing our closing back until she agrees to meet us halfway on the repair bill, which is more than generous considering her staff lied to us to get the job. I proposed we pay for the emergency call which was $4,600 then meet halfway on the repair bill. We would still be paying all but $2,500 of the entire bill. This company is so stingy they can't even take a loss of just $2,500 to right their wrong and keep their customer happy. They are not about their customers. Just money hungry liars. We are very disappointed.

I have used the services of All American Cleaning and Restoration on 3 separate ocassion. All 3 times my house had sustained significant water damage and my wife and I were very stressed out about the damage. All American arrived very quickly and in every instance further damage was prevented due to their prompt arrival. Their crews are very professional from the demolition phase to the final completion of the repair/remodel.

In all 3 cases the rooms repaired look as good as new, if not better than the original construction. Their lead man, Paul, is a great guy. He gives excellent advice on proper repair of water damage. We have never had any issure with mold issues after any of our repairs. Paul is excellent in his communication and is very timely when we have questions or concerns. I have Alll American on speed dial, I would never call anyone else if my house or office was in need of cleaning or restoration sevices. Randy and Debra Kern

4/14/2022 update: Everything below is still true; however, I am revising from 5 to 4 stars because the billing was not done as was promised in an email sent to me in December, and we ended up paying more (which was never adequately explained). Over the years we've had some experience with water damage and flooding and have used a number of different businesses. All American has been by far the best. Honest, professional, on time, and overall did a great job. I couldn't be more impressed.

We wish we could give more than five stars in every category. All American has been phenomenal. Our basement had water damage from a broken sprinkler, and the men were here immediately to begin cleanup. The craftsmen who did concrete repair, insulation and sheetrock replacement, flooring, and carpet restoration were professionals in every sense of the word.

The cleaning crew worked tirelessly to get our home back to normal when the work was finished. Throughout all this, the office staff was amazing and deserve a huge shout out, too. We couldn't be happier! Thank you, All American!

Someone hit the side of our building and caused some damage. We called 3 places and were told it would be 3-5 weeks for someone to give us an estimate. We then called All American and they showed up in under 10 minutes. They assessed the damage, secured our building and set us up for repairs. The contractors were here when they said they were going to be.

The job was done in a timely manner. They even found metal that matched the outside of our building. Blast Off! highly recommends them and will call again, in the need arrives! Thanks guys for getting us back in business so quickly!

All American was so great to work with! The team is very professional and took really good care of us while we had a completely flooded basement from a broken water line. Their communication was great, the people are awesome! The basement and furniture look better than they did before our flood. I'm not a review person, but the first thing that came to mind when these folks started working with us, is I need to write a review on them. You wont be disappointed with using them.
