Scheduled for a carpet cleaning on my living room since carpet hasn't been replaced. Matt came to look at the carpet and stated that it was too dirty. Which case I finally notified the landlord and will be getting my carpet replaced. Thank you for your honest opinion and explaining the process. Amazing customer service and will use them in the future for sanitizing my brand new carpet.
