The Carpet Beaters was founded by Don Whitley in 1978. Once student body president and captain of the football team at Tustin High, Don would start-up and sell several other successful companies before founding the Carpet Beaters, using only the industries top tier equipment. Don has since passed away, leaving the company to be run by not only the 2nd, but 3rd generation of Whitley carpet cleaners.
My dad started this company in 1978, without a single customer. He bought some equipment and started with the "idea" that he would become the best carpet cleaner in Orange County. Like a sponge, he learned everything he could about carpets and eventually joined the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and became a certified carpet cleaner.
These 4 core values are the cornerstone of our company and they help shape the image we continue to pursue throughout the years. Educated: In the most advanced cleaning systems that safely get maximum soil and spot removal. We regularly attend educational courses, certification schools, conventions, and study trade journals and books related to our work.

I love this family owned and operated carpet cleaning business. They are quick to respond and manage to find a way to schedule around my availability. The quality of their service is absolutely top-notch. They take such great pride in their work and are fair with their pricing. We live in a rental home with very worn carpet and they manage to do a tremendous job bringing it back to very good conditions.
They always provide great tips and suggestions to help me keep our home clean.and the best thing is that I feel comfortable leaving my home in their hands while I run errands / pick up kids etc while they are working.

After being recommended to us some time back, we contacted Darin at The Carpet Beaters to clean our HB townhome. They were fabulous and so thorough and made some very old carpet look new. Having in the flooring business many years ago I can honestly say that there among the best I've seen and highly recommend them! Now we are ready for Christmas!

I've been using The Carpet Beaters for 14 years. My carpet has stayed new looking and there's never any residue from harsh chemicals. They have their own technique and worth every penny. He always puts a protector on it so if anything is spilled it comes right up with a damp cloth. I would never consider anyone else. Plus Darren and Jacob are very nice and trustworthy. They are great.

Carpet beaters is excellent. I've used them for 30 years through three kids and three dogs. I totally trust them alone in my house. I was thinking about replacing my 30 year old carpet but decided to clean it. Now I don't have to-the job was that good. Fair prices too. Truly a family business that is part of our community.

I have been using Carpet Beaters for years and always call them after the holidays to get all the stains out from my family enjoying themselves. This is the first carpet cleaner that actually gets all my stains out and they don't return in a few weeks. I highly recommend this family owned business who do a fantastic job. I used to be fooled by advertised bargain deals and they never did a great job, so now I only use The Carpet Beaters, Inc. They are professional and trustworthy and very neat.

We have used carpet beaters for over 20 years! They are a family owned and operated business. They not only do a thorough job of cleaning they are considerate, thoughtful and trustworthy people. Not only do I use them but the rest of my extended family also uses them from Fullerton to south orange county. We all highly recommend them for all your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. They are the best and we would never use anyone but The carpet beaters.

Carpet Beaters did a fantastic job on our home recently. My teenage son and his friends have their own hangout room that is carpeted, you can imagine how dirty that carpet can get. We contemplated just replacing the carpet in that room because we thought it was just too dirty to get cleaned. After talking about it we decided to try carpet cleaning first with the thought we might have to replace it anyway.
The carpet beaters cleaned not only that room but also our stairs and we couldn't be happier. They did an absolutely outstanding job and made the carpet look like it did when we moved in. It was quick and easy on us and they explained everything before starting. Great job, we will definitely be using you again.

I have been using Carpet Beaters for over 25 years and wouldn't ever change! I have them clean my carpet and floor twice a year! They have the best customer service; great listening skills, know how to clean carpets and floors and care about the job they do. I would highly recommend them. My friend had a problem from another carpet cleaner, and hired Carpet Beaters to reclean her carpet and the results were amazing.

I have them clean my carpets each November before guests arrive for the holiday. I moved to Orange in 2012 and found them in the phone book. They are professional, prompt, courteous and the carpets look great. We have grown children who bring dogs, and plenty of grandchildren, and a pool out back; so I have them come once a year.

Saw this company listed in the OC Register's "Best of Orange County" book. Decided to try them instead of Coit (my usual). The people are super nice, from the lady who answered the phone to the guy who came and did the work. Had them clean our carpet in our family room and dining room. We have two preschoolers and beige carpet (not my choice, it was there when we moved in)!
They got ALL the spots and stains out. (Coit always made the point that they couldn't guarantee that they'd get all the stains out.) From now on I will only and always be using Carpet Beaters. I highly recommend them.
